Who believes something like this? Who Who Who Who??? I can search in google and find somebody but I find more that think batman is real and that are convinced the all margarine diet is a good deal. beyond stupid statement for people who join protests for the sole reason it makes them fell good and want to beleive they are part of the solution. This doesn't show progressive thinking, it shows a naive thought proces.
Need another straw man argument? People still hold onto the belief that rape is not so bad.. here is why they are wrong... Wow! Arn't I deep and clever to destroy that wide held belief.. Gaa!! Tired of reading the overwhelming stupid and having to pretend it somehow is not.

A Mandamus is a costly bit of legal work, and I agree with the other posters that rushng a decision can frequently result in a bad decision. Why don't you try a little nuance before the club. Call your congressman and see if they will put a Congressional inquiry in for you. If your paperwork has been lost in the pile, then this may shake it loose. If there is a legitimate reason for the delay, then at least you will know that too. Its free and it wont hurt anything.

This forum is great for a quick question, but there is obviously some complexity to your case. You have a lawyer and you should really direct these questions to him or her. If you think your lawyer is inadequate, then fire him and retain a new one. But asking questions and receiving answers based on scanty information is never a good idea.

The prior poster's comments weren't "hateful BS". When your father adjusted in 1994 he did it under a program which allowed illegal entrants the opportunity to adjust. The fine was $1000.00. The law has changed a lot since 1994, and 245i (the section at issue) has been gone since April of 2001.

There is a COA form on-line and it has gotten more reliable in recent years. It is still however a cause of problems with notices going to the wrong place. If you aren't in a great rush, and since the package isn't even ready for filing, I'd consider filing it when you get to the new address.

Put in what you need to establish each element of your proof. I always number the pages of a submission. Put a cover page with tab and page numbers to the particular exhibit. this mean the adjudicator can quickly see what he needs to and skip the rest.
