    Had interview today but for some reason, they asked that my fiancee join me for interview, so they gave me a 221g and now she has to fly in end of the month to do a Dual interview. I am so friggin sad and upset.

    I am beside myself, my fiance called today to say we are 6month for our K1 and spoke to a tier2 and was told that we have to wait another 60days? We said that when we filed TSC was processing at 5months, then it moved to December, then Feb and has been there for awhile now it says 6 months. We asked for a transfer to CSC and was denied but the letter also stated that they are lookin at the case currently but today the TEIR2 said no one has looked at the case. ####### why so many friggin lies,...

    my fiance just requested that our petition be sent to CSC as TSC is taking forever, when this happens what is the time frame for CSC to look at our petitiion?

      You cannot choose where it's sent. If you're on the East coast, it's Texas, west is Cali.

    If your expedite is approved for a K1, does it still have to go through 30-60 day wait at NVC before heading to my consulate?

    hello I am a K1 person, my fiance filed for us, I also have a I-130 my dad filed for me. When she filed out the K1 we used my Ailen number from the I-130. I am seeing on other timeline when people got there NOA 1 their ailen number changed, should we have not used the one from 1130?

      oh thank you very much, was worried because so many others with their NOA1 they said Ailen number changed and i was hoping that i wouldnt be confusing the USCIS with it. thanks Harpa

      It says "changed" but they did not have one before, so it really should be "alien number assigned." It's just a generic message. You did yours right.

    Hello i am new here, My dad is a US Citizen and we filed a I130 for me and that was approved, but also I recently got engaged and planning on being married. My fiance filed for a K1 visa for me and we are awaiting approval, we filed in late April 2014, would my I130 effect that?

      35 this was the second one because the first one when i was 20 the lawyer was a crook and took my money.

      The K1 will get you in the US faster. It won't affect the i130 for now but once you get married and receive your GC, your dad can have the option to cancel the i130.

      ok great thank you very much. TSC is taking forever. we filled april 22, got a NOA1 a few days after. but its a waiting game
