I did see some other June filers in a group ahead of mine get RFE today. They had an NOA1 date a day before mine.
I say "group ahead of mine" in SRC numbering order.

Approved! Got an email two hours ago with NOA2 notice!!!

I think you are forgetting the fact that TSC will not have a lot of April and May fillers to do. Because they got send to wherever. So us June filers will deff get faster approval. Might be a week faster then anticipated or a month. But I think it will be faster.

Congratulations and think the june filers will be next after March cause most april and May are transferd

Welcome August Filers! let the waiting game begin .. enjoy the journey, it goes by fairly quickly, can't believe I filed two months ago, feels like yesterday! stay busy and try not to obsess each day, after all we will be with our loved ones for a lifetime in comparison to a few months of waiting

A couple of people from another thread managed to draft a letter of complaint. I sent mines on Friday. If anyone is interested here is the final draft that many of us sent.

I am sorry to say no one can really answer that question. This entire process seems to take forever once we finally start the journey. We are ignorant of what this takes and the time involved before we begin which makes it seem even longer. We want to be with our loved one. We want to start out new life which is right in front of us. Its just a plane ride away. Everything we dreamed of is right there but we cant get our hands on it. The reality of it is that is was us that choose this path driven by love and other motives so it was ourselves that have to endure the journey we began.
My suggestion is to spend your time finding out more about life in the USA; the people here and the many other aspects of life in America rather than concentrating on how long all of this takes.
My own case took a very long 408 days so I know something about waiting and enduring this process. You will succeed its just as matter of how you handle the time now.

I just checked Igor's List and it seems like there is now more movement in approvals through TSC, which gives me hope. Although they are mostly January filers at least they are finally approving more petitions. Hopefully ours will go fast as well.

Sorry I did not mean June 19th! I meant to type June 14th (Last Saturday) .. I sent it Priority Mail so I tracked my package and got a notification that it made it to the Texas lockbox on Tuesday June 17th, and then received the official email Friday June 20th! So from the time I sent it to the time I received the email was a total of 6 days!

The email stated that the payment was confirmed and that all documents needing signatures were signed so now they are running background checks on my fiancé and I. I heard Texas is slow but I am going to stay as optimistic as possible. Everything happens in God's timing

I agree , one month is just the beginning of the waiting process. Congressman only get
involved if its outside the normal processing time or you have special circumstances.
The centers are still trying to deal with the overload of visa requests from the summer season.
The entire process is stressful and painful to endure, understandably they have a tough job to weed out the
fraud that's taking place. I wish they could work into this process an interview of the petitioner
when the spouse/fiance is in another country, hold the U.S citizen/green card holder
responsible and accountable for any fraud!! People hear how I'm waiting to get my husband here
and its amazing how many of these people openly know someone who committed fraud to beat the system,
and it makes my blood boil to know they are the reason I/we going through this! I'm proud to be doing
this process the honest way to get my husband here. In the end they will decide and my husband and
I must accept their decision. I wish there was a magic way to weed out the fraud, but there isn't.
It is always the burden of the honest to carry the consequences of people with bad intentions.
Dig in and anticipate 8-12 months until the interview.
