So my step-daughter received her first green card 91 days after her mom for some medical documents the government needed. So we applied for my wife's 10 year green card just recently and since my daughter received hers 90 days after her mom she has to file separate. What documents for evidence will I need for her? Thanks for any help!!

Hello All,
So I have a question in regards to the removing of conditions form I-751. My daughter who held a k2 visa when applying for the original green card had an error in printing her card from the service center so it delayed her expiration from the same time as my wife. M wifes expiration date is 12/31/17 and my daughter because of the error was changed to 4/30/2017 instead of the original 12/31/17 date. Can I still file the removing of conditions at the same time as my wife around October which is within her 90 days expiration or do I have to wait later closer to the expiration of my daughters in april??
Thanks for the help

Hello all I am a little bit confused about the cost of the I-751. Its saying the cost is 595.00 +85.00=680.00 which I understand, but for a child also removing it states the cost is 85.00 for biometrics. So for adult and child is 775.00?? or is it 680.00 a piece??

I have found the information of where to send, filing fees etc for the i-751 but i know theres got to be some documentation that would need to be sent with the form where would this information be located??

I am sorry you are going through this but glad you posted. I am going through the same with my new wife but I am the US citizen and was curious to what would happen if I decide to divorce. I don't want her to have to go back but if this cant be reconciled it leaves me no choice, but all my friends say if its this bad now it wont get better but only worse. I am at a loss it came to this.

My wifes expiration was 12/30/17 and my daughters was 4/1/18 because of some medical documentation they needed. This should really help and I will also put in my wifes i797 she just received too. Thanks for the information.
