Yeah unfortunately I would think so . Where did he send it??
-
Did they give a reasoning as to why it was denied. Did they not give you a RFE??
-
Yes you can switch jobs. The only way it could affect the petition is if the new job salary doesn't meet the income requirement (then you would need a co-sponsor). Other than that, it shouldn't be an issue. Just don't forget to update your Affidavit of Support (and the supporting evidences) during the interview stage.
'
So all I need to do is just change this on the affadavit but what would supporting evidence be?? Paystubs and letter from new employer??
-
Lol well finally got approval on the 16th of september

I have a question I have been offered a new job with another company and have just received NOA 2. Can I switch jobs during the process or will this mess it up and not get approved during interview??
-
I received the noa1 and a letter stating that it was forwarded to the correct office. When did you send?? I sent on April 24 and received noa 1 on may 6. I was then transferred from backlogged texas to California.

May 6 filer with a CSC transfer August 11 just got my approval yesterday 9/16/2014.

They are not going by order received if so people after us would not be getting approved.
-
Fantastic. Congrats!!
-
I really hope so because this situation is just to dragged out.
-
Is anyone getting approved at CSC or has it just hit a brick wall??
-
Well looks like I was transferred to CSC!!!

I received that notice on the 8th now I got this one.
On August 11, 2014, we transferred your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

Everyone will receive another 797 showing where its transferred today. No need to call they will just tell you to wait 5-7 days for letter.
-
We are lucky if they even work during their normal hours much less the weekends.
-
I called the uscis and they would not tell me anything told me only to refer to the 797 form that I will receive in about 5-7 days
-
This is what I don't understand I though Vermont had nothing to do with the 129f forms anymore. This is so confusing.
-
I have a question I received an email last night stating that my case was being transferred from TSC. DOes this mean the 129f would go to CSC??
-
Congratulations I thought they stopped doing approvals there!! (That was being sarcastic about TSC LOL)

WE have received NOA 2 and the NVC has already received our package. Can I start getting the additional documents together now to take to her or do I need to wait until she receives from the consulate. I will be visiting her October 17 so I was planning taking all then would this be ok?? Thanks in advance!!
