Exactly. No one knows if a person freaking out has a spouse who has to undergo invasive health testing next month, alone, that will determine if their lives together will be long and healthy or short and painful. No one knows if a person freaking out is expecting a baby or has an ailing family member other than their spouse in America. No one knows if someone has seen their neighbourhood go downhill the past two years and had six people be murdered in their building but they cannot afford to move because of this awful process. Long waits are horrible and I know it's hard, but we don't know why someone is freaking out, what may be making them frantic, that may be more than just simply missing someone.

I do not think that the people are complaining. They just wanna know what is going on and stop worrying if something went wrong.
Every case is different.
I am sorry for your trouble but you do not know other´s background that could be difficult as well. Everyone has an package to carry in their special own way.
We are here to support each other not judge each other!

Our AOS fee changed over night from "paid" to "N/A", hoping it is a CC and not a system glitch!
Will call as soon as they open to confirm.
Scan date for checklist was Feb. 13th.

I´ve got a very nice rep named Gina today.
She even said: oh, you got a CC, I am so happy for you that your wait is over.
That was a positive experience since the last calls I made, the reps were polite but reading their script without even answer to my questions.

I´ve checked yesterday until I went to bed (5:30 pm EST). Then this morning the N/A was there.
I´ll keep my fingers crossed that it will be CC day for you today.

Yeps, my hubby is the same. It´s hard though. The first time I´ve seen so many CCs around our scan date but not us and in the end it was a checklist. Once we were told on the phone it IS a checklist it was better to deal with than not knowing.
This time the waiting to see the N/A is even worse.

*** Tomorrow we should see an increase in case reviews by our friends at the NVC. I would guestimate an increase of at least thirty percent from today's figures. ***
Bear in mind that these are my own observation and guesstimation. I wish everyone the best of luck and hope that the mid-Jans and EPs luck turns around quickly.

Feb. 13th here. Nothing yet. But getting nervous, hoping no 2nd checklist.

Ok, so someone in the NVC March filer thread got a N/A change yesterday (Saturday). Status was checked in the morning - nothing. Later on Saturday it has changed.
So guys, it is possible, to have a N/A change on weekends (maybe just on Saturdays, but hey, it is still a day more of the week)!

Does the N/A change on CEAC happens on weekends? Or do the people just check it on weekends?
Sorry, if that is a stupid question but getting a little nervous!

I distract myself by checking CEAC every 5 minutes

Yes, you´re right. Getting exciting with all the February CCs lately, especially since we are on our second waiting time.
Well, hope dies last. Now I can stop refreshing the page every 5 minutes
I have to admit the closer a CC could be coming the more the impatience increases.
