  1. It seems that every two weeks or so they ship out a batch to the nvc. The last I'm seeing here were sept 9th...so I'd think mine will get sent next week. As long as I have it by the first full week of Oct I won't stress, cuz Matt can't do anything for another week (just had surgery). I'll try calling them by the end of this week. But, everyone keep us posted of nvc calls! If someone around my time got sent, then mine likely did too! :)

I called yesterday evening and spoke with someone at NVC, they told me that there was no record as of yet-NOA2 on Sept 11th. Also stated that it could take up to 5 weeks at times. Said to call back later, I'm sure by next Friday, file should be received at that point!!

  2. Hi everyone! I just received my approval @ 9:46pm. I want to add that I too called and checked status this morning. I am under my 5 months, but just by a couple of weeks. Congrats, you will sleep good tonight!!!

  3. Ms. Fabiola I called USCIS because you recommended and got the same surprising result. Thank you.!

Thanks also to visaJourney this opportunity offered. It is very helpful. Infinite thanks to the creators. :dancing:

WoooooooW!!!!! You can't beat that , can you!!! :dancing: When you call and put pressure on somebody, many times, they can't take it. You must make them feel your pain and your frustration. When they feel the hurt and pain that you have endured over these months, they can easily send an email to who ever has your file and speed things up immediately. Glad you called and glad that you got approved!!!! Congrats and Good luck!!!

  4. It's an indescribable sensasion ... my skin is bristles .... :jest::jest::jest:
Edward has received a message where report that our application has been approved .. Funny thing is also called as others had done and I said no more and we endured the torture :protest: and was told that the only way to accelerate the process was for an emergency and said do you have an emergency? and I said "the only emergency is that we want to be together ..." :luv:
in 9 hours and we receive the approved :dancing::dancing:
It really saddens me a bit that are time consuming and have not received the approved ... Have faith and call USCIS ... Express your dissent ... Soon receive the ticket to happiness .. God will not forsake
PDT: I'm using the translator ... Sorry inconsistency

Congrats!!!!! I called too, was approved the next day!!!! Rest are coming, hold tight!!!

  5. The not knowing has got to be terrible, but you will know soon and get it all sorted! They looked at your application and that's what the good news is! At least you know that as soon as you send whatever they're looking for, you'll be approved soon after. Cheer up, I view this as a good thing!

Just knowing that someone is "actually working" on your file should make you feel good!!!! View that as positive!!!

  6. by the way (just another speculation...) ... seems like these get approved by the adjudicator and then sit and wait on a supervisor's desk until final approval, and then when the supervisor gets around to giving the final say they have a whole chunk of them that they approve at once and then the system gets updated.

I wish we had some recent inside scoop haha. i used to work as a claims adjuster at an insurance company and that's how it worked there anyway (totally different i know, but probably the same :secret::P)

That is exactly what it sounds like to me. Everyone seems to get their approval at the same time frame with the process you stated above. I think there will be many more approvals tonight between 10:45pm and 11:15pm. If that is the case, we will see tonight. Good luck!!!

  7. Fabiola252. Congratulation happy for you please update your timeline wish fast process for the rest

Timeline updated and of course, congrats on all approvals. I wish everyone a speedy process. I didn't think it would be this fast. I thought my application was going to be complicated. But, it went through-prior 130 application several years ago, fiance and myself prior marriages, divorced, kids, the entire nine, Again, good luck to everyone. Before this month, everyone's wish shall come true!!! Bank on that!!!!

  8. I never called.

I called and told them I didn't never get my hard copy and I wanted to know where the case was transferred at. Told me to hold and transferred me to another person. I asked the officer and he said CSC. I said ok. Told him the wait was killing me and I asked him, "you can't see what is going on with my case right now". He said you should here something very soon, didn't have no idea it would be the very next day!!!!

I;m sure that USCIS can see what is going on with you case and what stage you are in as far as processing. Try calling asking the same exact questions that I presented above. Might get someone on your side than can be really helpful to you. You never know!! :secret:

  11. Just an update. The website today changed to the dreaded RFE. By my estimates, this is at a minimum a month delay, correct?

Makes me pretty irritated because yesterday the Tier 2 service rep said that the RFE was made in August (about two weeks ago) but it was never ''ordered'' and today, they finally ordered it. So it sounds like they forgot to hit send. 5 months of waiting, and FINALLY they do something, which is just to delay it further.

Even though that sounds bad getting a RFE, at least you are aware that someone is actually looking over your application. So that is a positive thing. Once you give them the info they are looking for, once they receive it, at that point, they will continue processing your case. You are not pushed to the back of the line. I filed a petition many years ago and they sent a RFE, didn't take no time at all. Once I sent what they was looking for, they got right on it. So, that being said, once you send back what they want, you are back in business. Good luck!!

  12. Congratulations to all new approved.

Last night I could not sleep well. Is there any cases got same status with me? Our Noa1 in Apr/21. And we were transferred on Aug/11. But until today, my finance hasn't got any email, text or letters about this transferring. And my finance called to USCIS but they have no right answers for us?

    I am really disapointed now.

I have a NOA1 date of April-23 and transferred on Aug-11th. Didn't get a hard copy, however, case was transferred to CSC, not stressed over it. I am sure that before this month is over, my case should be complete and yours should be completed as well. Just don't worry about it and let time take its course!!!!
