But like I said wife and children's went to shelter I have not receive any court order nothing all police told me its that she will return when she ready. Since know my wife I have never put hand on her and I am very happy that after 14 years they have came leaving with me, I love my wife and will love to save are marriage I just need to know what can I do? overs 14 years I have visit them 48 times I do know how usa are when back to children's and women I believe someone send them overs there by mistake. Today my wife brother call me from Africa and told me that my wife contact them on Saturday and she said that almost 2 weeks she tried to return home but black women on shelter tell her to wait . Number she call from did not been see by my wife brother I can not contact her because her cellphone is off . what to do please

Can someone tell me how shelter work place

i need helps i have been with my wife for 14 years and we have 3 daughter. i became usa citizen 3 years ago so i did apply for her and the childrens to came to usa, well last january everything was approved and they care to usa.

After been to usa for 3 months my wife stars bring problem first she claim i work to much second she claim that she think i am seen another women outside are mariage so for that reason last april 4 we have some arguments i did not put my hand on my wife not even on my childrens, there all have receive they grren card.

Since i work at night i left home april 8 at 7 pm to work , when i return next day my wife was left the house with my 3 daughters , not one off them speak english .

I did contact the police 4 days after they told me that i wife call national domestique violence line so they came get them and send all them to women shelther , police sayd they can not tell me where they are.

So i need all helps to see what can i do i have my familly back to me they is some mix communication between me and my wife .

how her been at shelther can bring problem to are familly.

what can i do with immigration regarding that matter also its as been 30 days since they left and now my childrens are not going to school.

i need all information i can get from reader to helps me regarding that matter.

i am us citizen and my wife and children's did have there interview too but officer did not ask not question to my 2 littles daugther but he gave my wife white paper and the paper he ask her to bring a document call autorisation to immigrer from my older daughter mother since my wife is not her biological mother but us embassy officer did not return they passport back to them, he just said that if we bring we will be call in about 2 weeks , so yesterday we done with paper requested notorized sign by my older mother and drop to usa embassy.

REALLY SO THERE DID NOT REFUSE THEY VISA APPLICATION, BUT MY QUESTION WHY THEY GAVE THEM LETTER WITH ARTICLE 221 G AND ON THE LETTER THEY PUT TO SEND THEM AUTORISATION TO IMMIGRER WITH ME AND BECAUSE OF THAT ALL MY 4 APPLICATION FOR MY FAMILLY ARE IN ADMINISTRATION PROCESSING.

OK so my wife and my childrens have they interview today think was well and ok officer at the embassy did not ask know question to my little daughter because there are 4 , and 1 yeras old but my older daughter when there ask her question she did not answer, so officer have put all they application on administration processing and ask me wife to tell my older dauther mother to provide document call autorisation to immigrer to usa.

My older daugther do not have same mother with my 2 others so this afternoon documemt was done and drop to usa embassy.

I need to know what will be next i am very worry officer did not ask any others documents or any others information , i was told that administration processing is not good think and also that can take very long so i need to know what can i done again to helps them i am us citizen.

SO i do have four case one for my wife and 3 for my daughter's today i check on ceac website and i see that only my wife case us been send today to consular for visa process .

My question is why they did not send case together to consular since all case us been completed , and second we have not receive any interview date i was told that since those case was approved for expedited us embassy will schedule interview date , but now i see this ..

Your case is in transit to the Consular Section. Your interview date was provided to you by the National Visa Center.. so can someone tell me what that mean please, and why not also send all my completed case together.

I ma us citizen after my wife case arrive at nvc , i did request the case to be expedited and us ambassy approved my request and i was told by nvc that once all documents and fee have received and review file will not been send to ambassy , and the ambassy will be the one to give as interview date.

Today i was check again all my documents that was send to nvc and i see on part 5 of form i864 that i made major mistake, i have count my wife 2 time.

So my question its that , can i send new form today to correct that mistake, or its will be possible to bring new one on the interview days so far its has been 60 waiting days.

thank your for your replay i have since my wife my and my 3 children's documents to them and by the 8 of october it will be 60 days , i just call them today to see where we are now there have told me that there are still review documents so i do not know anymore but we will see.

Thank you for all your support uscis and nvc are doing to much for them we are not humain like them we can not accept that anymore we all have to start doing something , they have job its because we pay taxte for them to get pay............ i am sorry for my english but its very difficult for many people ................

i agree with you on that. i believe we need to start some kind of action to address how NVC answers calls from petitioners/beneficiary/case agent. they are sometimes downright rude. but my thing is that NVC is under the Department of State and not with Department of Homeland Security which USCIS is under. so if we have to write a letter, may be we should address it to Secretary Kerry. just saying.

Today i was advice by immigration lawyer who told me to write letter to The Honorable Jeh Johnson Secretary Of Homeland Security and let him know about how NVC are working on people case, so many delay they disrespect everyone that have case pending for review and for me i think its is good idea so we all can start some action and see
