    Hello guys, I am US citizen and planning to marry a Canadian citizen. Can she stay with me in the US while waiting for approval? I know Canadians they enter to US without a visa for 6 months. Can she stay with me that long, exit the country and come back again? I really don't know what is the best options we have here!we really don't want to live apart for more than one year! By the way, she has her own business there is canada.

    Hello guys, our case was approved today, i didn't received an email yet but i saw there a second AR on the app "case track". Went directly to my account and found the approval notice. PD: SEPTEMBER 7TH California service center US citizen best of luck for the rest of you!

    I agree, you can always try I just think we should have tried it one month after sending the I130.

    I do believe it's too late, but it will not effect the process of I130. I am not sure if it's worth it to try now...

    Same here, Been about 7 months my case is in California center. ( i did a mistake to don't apply for K3

    I applied sep 7th and immediately got Actively reviewing, and still nothing. More likely K3 did speed up the process for them.

    Mine went from 2 months to 7 ... Unbelievable. I do believe they are overwhelmed with the numbers of illegals who crossed the past 2 years ( i live in el paso tx close to the borders with mexico, thousands of illegal migrants crossed last 2 years, maybe more than thousands). This is just not fair ...

    He just opened an account in uscis. When he try to add a case its asking for access code ( it comes with the first notice) but that code expires after 90 days if you don't use it and you have to request a new one.

    My friend case was updated to the second Actively reviewed on Feb 24th. But he can't access his case online as he can't add case number because it's asking him for access code which was expired. He chat with a rep but couldn't confirm what was the decision 🤔 is there a a way to know?? For I130
