I would advise you let her process the visa as single and you can later in the future marry her if you truly love her. Marrying her now and applying as married could ruin chances of getting the visa for both of you if the consular officer is not convinced enough and detect any kind of fraud so to say. just my opinion

update on my wife's case. She got approved again 09/29/2015 after I submitted rebuttal to NOIR on 03/17/15. Would like to know if our case will be sent directly to d embassy or NVC? Or Would it be treated as a new case at NVC or we will have to go through the same process as if its a new case at NVC. Thanks
