Well i patient to a point it is the fiancee that is loosing patients. Her mom is mad because she quit her job in hong kong . I thought it would transfer faster and her contract was up Jan. Anyway . Her mom is telling her daughter that it takes years to get the visa and all kinds of bull . she wants her to work and support the family .

Yeah it seems I don't have any luck . I have tried since sep. 21 but I'm sure that doesn't matter to them .

Mine is freezing(transfer in progress since dec.10).... Hopefully i have good news nxt month.....

6 weeks omg I have been waiting since sept. 21 . Then I had to get senators immigration guy to get that done . The fiancee is getting inpatient due to her mom saying it will take years . The government for ya I guess .

Case status is transfer in progress as of dec. 24 2014 .

Mine says updated dec. 19 2014 and ready but not transferred . Wth .

is there a specific steps i should do to contact my senator ?? my wife emailed them before but they didnt respond at all ..i think i will contact them again since im waitng for 10 weeks with nothing new

I sent an email with urgent to manila they replied back with we suggest you email us again with all your information . What a joke these people are . I checked back in my sent emails . I started emailing them sept. 21 2014 and again oct. 3 2014 . I got fed up and contacted my senators office . They are checking it for me . I would suggest you all try the same . This is ridiculous . My expiration date is dec. 29 2014 .

It says ready last updated sep. 25 2014 . I didn't request it transferred til oct. 3 2014 . That's when I found out hk had it .

Gonna call congressman . See what they can do .

I contacted hk and they said that they have not received any request from manila YET.... she is in the middle of the typhoon and haven't talked to here in a couple of days since it hit .

Yeah that's what I am thinking also . It says they will reply in 7 days but mine took over a month . I will inquire hk to see what they tell me .

Yeah well that was our intention also but she has a daughter and she has to have an interview also . She tried to get her employer to let her work until it was transferred but they were hard people to deal with .

Yeah well I can't understand why it takes so long to mail a package to a country that is so close . She had to quit her job in case it got transferred quickly . Now she is getting inpatient because was the sole provider for her family and daughter .

No it says last updated sep. 25 . I called manila again and the guy told me to email the visa unit again and put urgent in the header . I emailed them Monday and no response yet . I tried my number hnk****** and it says sep. 25 . If I put in mnl***** it says at nvc . I have no clue what is going on .

Took us 5 months and had to have it transferred from hong kong to manila and still waiting just for the transfer . I applied in april.

Well I will call them Monday . I don't understand why they drag their feet in Manila .

Yeah I found it but says mine was updated sep. 25 grrrr. I am gonna call manila Monday and ask questions why it is taking so dang long . It is ridiculous .

Im happy to update our papers that its already in hongkong....

I just check ceac this morning and updated nov.28,and in the last part of our case # is already "HNK"(means hongkong)... Before its "MNL"(means manila)...im waiting for packet 3 now hopefully i will receive it nxtweek.... Tnx GOD and to all people helping us.

How are you checking your case info . I must have done something wrong .

Ours expires dec. 28 but I hope they will have it approved by then so they don't have to extend it .
