Am so so happy been here in the state barely a month and some change and last week Wednesday got my SSN on Saturday my GReen card came in the mail, Friday I applied for my first job here and i received mail for a follow up interview online today and I also got my drivers permit today. Am so excited.

After reading your post yesterday i called NVC immediately cos my scan date was 2nd of September and the agent i spoke to told me i have case complete and they are trying to schedule my appointment but i should be getting a mail from them soon but out of excitement i forgot to ask the date my case got completed, am hoping i get a December date. fingers crossed. :joy: :joy: .

Once you started processing at NVC you gave your intentions of following the CR1/IR1 path so the K3 is dead sorry. You will have to just endure NVC and get through that way. Unfortunate. Sorry.
