https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/invoice/signon.aspx
The above link is for the ''Immigrant Visa Invoice Payment Center"
Here one would have to use his/her Case Number and IIN to make online payment for the IV Fees.
my PD is March 11th.. Got approved in less than thirty days... Called NVC days ago and got my Case number.
I was made aware that I should have also asked for my IIN too.
Perhaps I'll call NVC today to get my IIN.
Here's the funny part...
Having my case number and IIN means I should be able to log on the above link and make payments for IV Fees. Meaning once my IV Fees payment is accepted by NVC my application would be processed but I won't be scheduled for interview till my PD is current..
Guess if all these are possible... It's going to make my application faster..
What do you guys think.
Anyone with such experience advise on what to do..
-
You can pay using the online site. You don't have to wait for the bill.
Based on your last question, yes you can go ahead. Your case will be processed normally by NVC but no interview will be scheduled until your priority date is current.
Wow.. That's really amazing... Guess it will make one application process faster..
How sure are you?
Anyone with such experience should kindly confirm plz

Pardon me... I think I'm wrong
... Just did a little research and discovered that NVC will have to send a bill for the immigrant visa fee $230 before any payments can be made...
Damn... So painful one has to wait so long to get current.... So unfair to GC holders...
Hopefully VB will move back to September 2013 and keep moving when the new fiscal year starts by October this year

yes, the operator said me took your case number and number invoice(IIN) , I log in in this pages https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/invoice/signon.aspx
From the link you gave... It means one can log in with case number and IIN and then go ahead and pay IV Fees even though PD is not current.
I told someone that my PD is not current and that I'll have to wait for PD to be current before moving ahead with the second phase of my application but the person advised that I disregard what NVC said about waiting to be current.... That my application will still be processed by NVC even if my PD is not current.
But I didn't take his advice serious... But now you having both your case number and IIN where you can use both to sign in the IV fee payment link you gave is really amazing....
I think what the person advised me to do may be true... that is... Your application will be processed but you won't be scheduled for visa interview till PD is current...
What do you guys think

PD is March 11th.. Called NVC days ago and was given my case number.. Didn't get any email though...
The question is are we to receive an email or letter mail giving us the case number? Who has received such letter mail

Got an email from NVC today with case number and basically advising that no visas available so case will be held at NVC until further notice and visa available.

"When your petition becomes current, or is likely to become current within one year, the NVC initiates immigrant visa pre-processing, including collecting visa fees, forms, and documents from sponsors (petitioners) and immigrant visa applicant(s)."
I've been thinking about this. We are likely to become current in less than a year. For someone like me that has already been approved and waiting to hear from the NVC, does this mean NVC will start pre-visa processing and collection of fee and documents while waiting for my PD(March 11th) to be current

Congrats Ali1365 & franklinadamau......vbaez2014 I see you moving along!!
Lets see what happens next. Have you contacted NVC by phone to know if they've received your file. From what I've heard so far your file should arrive about ten days after approval.
I'll call for mine today

Username Franklinadamau PD is March 11th and I was approved April 9th. Someone should kindly update the list. I was approved in about 28 days
-
seems california center has less F2A petitions now. Lovelygirl got approved in less than 5weeks as well.
Really surprising. Too bad we have to wait for our PD to be current which no one really knows when for now.
What do you think is the next step. Do I call NVC?

My wife checked her mail box today and surprisingly our petition has been approved. The funny Thing about it is that my priority date is March 11th meaning I got approved in less than a month as the date on the approval receipt is April 9th. At first I doubted her until when she scanned it and sent to my email.
Wow......... It's still very surprising Cos I was expecting to be approved by next month.
Any explanation for my case

Hello Everyone!
I am new here! I actually sent my I-130 on March 27th and USCIS got them on March 28th and I got NOA1 email yesterday. They routed my case to the USCIS California Service Center for processing.
Dont know when is my PD but I hope we all get through this procedure very soon and finally get green card.
Good luck!
Your PD is March 28th

Can someone please add me as I'm using my phone. PD March 11th, NOA1 March 18th.
PS:
With the rate at which California Service Center is approving I think my approval will come between May 6th and 8th
-
PD is March 18th. When is mine likely to be approved
-
-
whats the first three letters of your case number?
"WAC" anything about it?
-
Just got the NOA1 email from USCIS some few minutes ago. Tracked it online and it states "initial review"when a check is cashed, a copy of the check will show in her account. Which she can view by logging into her account online or she can call her bank for the information.
PD: 11th March
NOA1: 18th March
California Service Center
Hope it gets approved in about two months time

Tell you wife to view the image of the check in her account. Your case number will be printed at the back. It starts with three Alphabets.
Image of the check as in? Don't really understand. She sent the check alongside the application docs.

Update on my petition:
My wife the petioner just received a debit alert of $420 from from her bank(USCIS fee)
I guess that's a good sign that my application has been accepted for processing by USCIS.
But we've still not gotten any notification from USCIS.
What do you guys think?

give it 7days
USCIS received my petition on the 11th and I've not heard from them till date. My question is how will I be contacted. Through email, SMS, or hardcopy mail? As I submitted the E-Notification form along side my I-130 and biographic form
Can I Make IV Fees payment without PD being current.. Have both case number and IIN
