Thank God our case got Approved, I just received the email and confirm on the USCIS website.  My PD was August 30th.
My prayers goes to everyone who's still waiting for that approval, don't lose faith.
What's next after this?

This is it! All of us who are overdue are going to get approved this week. Really.

Eagle(certain nationals of Cuba, China, Russia, Iran, Vietnam)

This is it! All of us who are overdue are going to get approved this week. Really.

I even disabled the same case notifications in the app so i don't get more frustrated ?

My guess is that they have simply slowed down EVERYONE from EVERYWHERE, though your suspicions are understandable.
 
 

My friend I totally understand exactly how you feel I actually had the same thought a while back but you know we've spent all this time waiting it'd be a shame to make it all for nothing. My country is actually a great place to live and i love new zealand but i would rather die knowing i tried then die wondering what if.......
 
It is quite disappointing that families are kept apart like this tho and not prioritized in anyway. We simply are going about the process in the correct way but it's very cruel to families.
 
My daughters friends at her elementary school dont believe she has a dad, which reflects this savagely long process. I plan to eventually surprise her the day I'm allowed to fly and I will turn up to pick her up from school... her face will be priceless?
 
Mate you can do it, Monday in the USA today so this will be your week it's got to be.

Hey! They updated the USCIS processing time page. August 9th as of January 31st.
 
Unfortunately I have nothing else to report yet.

So close it's palpable!

WE GOT APPROVED!!! FEBRUARY 28!!!

I just received a text, email, and USCIS app notification saying our case was approved!!! God heard our prayers!!! Thank you sooo much!!! I hope everyone gets approved soon!!! I am in tears right now, tears of joy, 6 months and 20 days of waiting... ???

I know the wait is stressful fellow August filers. I had to wait 199 days for approval. Just hang in there, approval is right around the corner for all of you. You have all made it this far, just hold on a little longer! Soon you will all be moving on to NVC and the wait there is nothing compared to what you all went through at the awful Nebraska service center. It is all down hill from here...

I just got approved!!!!!!!!
My PD was August 15.
 

These dates are interesting because NEVER have all dates been the same across the board for all visas.
 
I mean each service center is close to being the same ..... statistics lies and dates ..... 
 
Nebraska is below - we are being led to somewhere it smells with this ...... "fake news" LOL
