Mine processed at TSC too. Received NOA 1 on Jan 3rd.

Hi all, my I-129F was received by the Texas Service Center on January 22 and my NOA1 was dated January 24. I started this thread for January 2014 filers whose applications are being processed at TSC so we can stay up to date on progress in processing the applications. Good luck to everyone!

Uh, tsc saying they're working on dec 17, which was 5.5 months in May is not faster. And since they're still claiming that at mid July makes it nearly 7 months. Definitely not faster...where have you seen otherwise?

:ranting: Do we know why Texas is the only center that is taking a very very long time to process the papers and they give no answers???

I filed my I-129F on january 6, 2014, when will i be able to make a inquiry of outside normal processing times? when do you think i will be ajudicated according to my file date. why is it that some people get ajudicated faster than others?

I was obsessed with Igor's list, and it was.,.,.,..,VERY accurate on my situation, getting my wife here! But, I was way "overboard" on it,.,.,.,.,.,please do not go there.,.,YOU have a very long way to go.,.,,and figuring vacation, and other times this early,.,.is well..,not rational, as I was sure I was going to Cebu, Philippines in Jan. 2013, only to find out a week before I left South Carolina, that she would be delayed almost 3 months, due to Philippine physicals,.,.,.,.What a shock!

if you find it hard to wait with it being less than a month since you got your NOA-1... what will happen to you after 5 months? Of course, I hope it won't be that much for you, but reality is that you should have a HUGE amount of patience in store. Hang in there!

Dude, you just filed! You've got a long time to wait! So just get comfortable and settle in for the ride!

I'm finding it really hard not to come to Visa Journey every couple of hours and stalk the forums, process times, and timelines. I'm trying to come maybe every other week, but it's like sitting on your hands so that you don't do something you know you shouldn't. I even make it my mission not to look at anything associated with CSC. Is anyone else having that problem?

Unfortunately, things didn't work out with my fiance. He's currrently staying on his' sister's place, And I need to send a letter of withdrawal as soon as possible. So I'm hoping you guys can help me.
What kind of letter do I need to send? And where? Do I need to send the NOA1 and NOA2? Is it required to send a letter of withdrawal from both of us? I am the petitioner. Thanks in advance!
