I am sorry you and your fiancé had to go through a hard time. I hope everything gets straightened out for you both, and he can get his visa.

I think everyone that have been interview by this lady has been given a 221g my fiancé got two two AP second one I don't know why plus my petition is coming back to the state because it was out of the validation process his first interview was Oct 14, 2014 why she have him to come back seven weeks later knowing he would be over the petition process this lady have reject a lot of ppl for what reason idk. She had the nerve to tell my fiance he should go find someone younger he told her he don't want anyone younger he's happy with me remind you we have been together for five years now I have to wait on the letter from the embassy to see why because he took back everything he needed to on Dec 1. We have been threw something.

340.00$ but check because visa fees has gone up especially the visa fees at the embassy it went from 240.00$ to 265.00$

We received our NOA2 11th September

Called up the NVC on 25th September and were told our new case number. (after many, many attempts and an hour on hold we got through)

CEAC status was 'at NVC' up until today where it now shows 'In Transit'.

We have yet to receive a hard copy NOA2.

I never received a hardcopy from NVC either and I was approved on August 14th n the lady said 2-4 weeks so you are not alone.

I called NVC TEN DAYS after USCIS release it and left USCIS august 5 n it hit NVC on august 14 and left NVC headed to my fiance country on august 19th so my paperwork went fast now my fiance never did receive his call-in from us embassy in my fiance country after two weeks he went to the embassy to pick up his packet which also had his interview date so all I can say is still have a little more patience

No more updates from USCIS JUST START CALLING NVC AROUND EIGHT DAYS CAUSE THEY RECEIVED MINE IN EIGHT AND IT WAS PROCESSED THE NEXT DAY AND SENT OUT TO THE EMBASSY IN MY FIANCE COUNTRY TWO DAYS LATER SO PRAYING MY FIANCE WILL RECEIVE IT THIS FRIDAY AUGUST 22 EVERYTHING GOING SO FAST AND TO SAY I RECEIVED NO NOTIFICATIONS FROM USCIS AND I DONT THINK NVC SENDS ALERTS YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM OR WAIT ON A LETTER FROM NVC AND JUST A FRIENDLY REMINDER THE WAIT TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON IS TWENTY MINUTES OR MORE JUST PLEASE WAIT IT WILL BE WELL WORTH IT.

The USCIS SENT MY PAPERWORK TO NVC ON AUGUST 5, AND NVC RECEIVED MINE AUGUST 13, AND I RECEIVED MY CASE NUMBER ON AUGUST 14, AND NOW MY PAPERWORK IS ON THE WAY TO MY FIANCE COUNTRY WITH NO NOTIFICATION AT ALL SO JUST KEEP CALLING!

It was 7 1/2 months before I got my approval I was a January filer n it still says Dec. 17, 2013 I thank God mine was approve n I'm praying for those that are still waiting just have the faith that it will come soon get with somebody it will speed the process up cause you can talk about the future I met some wonderful filers here especially the ones filing from the same country I'm petitioning to good luck everyone.

It must be a glitch in the paper work cause if u filed in Nov seems to me they skipped all over your case I filed in Jan and I just got my noa2 (7 1/2) months call USCIS before contacting your congress or senate and try submitting a service inquiry good luck!

yesssssss yayyyyy I received mine july 31, after 7 1/2 months!!

Prepare the letter of intent send to her/his email let her print it once print then sign it then scan it back to u in your email but it will b sign that don't have to b original I did it n it saved about three weeks through the mail but the letter of intent is very important I hope I was of assistant

I'm down with it its been seven months my calculating but USCIS tells me I'm not out of my processing time and well I need to know what do they consider within my processing time continue to tell me they on Dec. 17 hmmmm really!!!! So I'm down with this letter.

IM WITH YOU ON THAT MY PROCESS HAS BEEN OVER SIX MONTHS N THATS EVEN AFTER PUTTING A SERVICE ENQUIRY IN AND THE RESULT FROM THAT WAS POINTLESS TOLD MY NOTHING NO MORE THEN MY STATUS ON USCIS WEBSITE BUTYET IN STILL THEY TELL U THEY ARE ON DEC. 17 2013 N IM NOT OUT OF MY PROCESSING TIME WOW IM VERY UPSET TOO I WILL CALL BACK AGAIN THIS WEEK. Wow that was harsh but sometime ppl don't know exactly where to post things or ask I question but if it was me I would have just answered it because I thought we were on here to help each other or just to a support system if its like that on here idk if I should stay on

Hi everyone in January filing I filed mine on January 6,2014 and got my noa1 January 13,2014 alien registration !number on January 16, 2014. So praying I hear good news soon I'm looking for straight five months cause that's were I'm headed TSC IS VERY SLOW BUT WE HAVE TO TRY AND HAVE PATIENCE GOOD LUCK TO ALL!
