Yes list ALL children on the 129f form regardless of immigration intent.
List those who you want a K-2 visa on the DA-160 form prior to the interview.
Awesome, I thought I would have to but I just wanted to double check that i had all my ducks in a row. Thank you for the reply.

We are in the process of completing our K-1 forms to fill out and send hopefully in the next couple of weeks. My question is, my fiance from UK has two children, both under the age of 21. Currently one lives in the U.S. because she is half american and therefore has moved here with her mother after their divorce. The other is going to stay in the UK with her mother and has no plans to come with him. So my question is do I still have to put them on the K-1 form even though they are not going to come with him? Also since one is already here. Do I need to include them or no? Thank you for any help as I'm confused on this part. Thanks again.

This is going to sound stupid, but I have read over the sites so many times and I don't want to be confused. After I file my petition for my fiance and it gets approved and it goes to the embassy where he is in London for review. What happens next can someone direct me to a timeline of how things should go? I know that he will have an interview set up but he needs to get is information for the interview. What all is needed? When should he do his medical? I think I know but I have read so much till I think I have confused myself. Any clear information would help me so much. Thank you all. And I'm sorry to sound so new.
