There is a 'documents tab' ? or is it only for those who filed online? mine was an NBC and I have an account on both myuscis and regular uscis so just wanted to make sure i am not missing anything. One has  'we scheduled your oath ceremony' and the other has 'Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed' and they both said to contact them if i dont get the letter by May 18th (which i am assuming means my oath is sometime after that)

Hi. ilyak is right. Did you find the documents tab?

I’m pretty sure I read somewhere that only online applicants have their notices uploaded online to their account.

I applied by mail and sent by USPS. I have all my notices uploaded online.

Quick (and hopefully final) update: my panic was unjustified. This morning, my case status has finally changed to Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed and the oath letter appeared online almost immediately afterwards. It is filled out differently from the one that the officer gave me at the interview: it has my full name and address listed on the first page (as opposed to just the first and last name on the other one), and the top of the second page is filled out and has a QR-code. The important bits - date, time, and location - remain the same, so May 14th it is!

Congrats! Finally! I'm happy for you.

OK, thanks! Just trying to make some sense of the weird status changes on my case. So you weren't given a copy of the oath letter at the interview, correct? From what I gather, the quality review step is optional and is used for junior officers. However, I do not think my officer should have scheduled me for the oath or given me the oath letter. And yeah, it's the regular two-page N-445 letter printed on plain white paper, the first page shows the details of the ceremony and the second page asks about any changes between the interview and then. Does your N-445 have a barcode? Mine doesn't, but I think they changed the format to exclude it a while ago.

Youre welcome. I wasnt given the oath letter on my interview and yes mine has the barcode on the 2nd page. Your status should change by tommorrow.

Congratulations! Was your case sent for quality review, and if so, how long did it last?

Thank you! So this is how it happened. On April 17 My status was changed to:

    We approved your application

Your final step to becoming a citizen is to attend your naturalization ceremony

We will mail you a letter when we schedule your naturalization ceremony.

And this status change happened today: April 18

    We scheduled your naturalization ceremony

View your letter on your documents tab for the ceremony date, time, and location

Note: It may take up to a few days for your letter to show on your documents tab.

The document for my oath letter appeared noon time. I never did check the egov.uscis.gov: update. So I never did see any quality review on my case. I've read you already have an oath letter. Is it the 2 page letter? I would wait, I think your oath letter will appear tomorrow on the documents tab when you check back your status.

My fiancé and I are so far away from this stage (he only enters the country next month under K1), it's hard to even think about it right now. But reading this just filled me with so much excitement and positivity. Thank you for sharing! Knowing that there is an end in sight is very encouraging and inspiring. I'm happy to hear about such a positive experience, also.

Congratulations to you and your partner!! I can only imagine how amazing this must feel for you both!

Thanks so much! It will be over before you know it. I came to US 2014. I wonder where the years went. Days had gone by quick. Let me know if you have questions. Good luck to you! You will be together soon :)
