hi. my scheduled interview date is Feb 3rd...i just check the CEAC status ...it says Administrative Processing ..it's normal ?

got p4 email today...9 days after case completion...interview date is Feb 3rd 2015....only two weeks away....so unreal... :joy:

my case was finally completed on Jan. 6th . how long do i expect to get an interview in Guangzhou embassy ? we are doing electronic processing , does it do any help?? really hoping the interview is before chinese new year (feb 19th). not sure if its possible. thanks alot

called and confirmed CC. last check list scan date was Nov 3rd.

I had an AOS Checklist and my new scan date for that Check List was November 4th.

I checked yesterday on the website and the AOS Fee and IV Fee stilled showed up as "Paid"

However, now the AOS Fee shows N/A and the IV Fee still shows Paid, is this a good sign?

good sign...i heard..................i just checked and got 3 N/A s too..calling NVC to confirm it's CC. btw my IV checklist scan date was nov 3th.

Did you talk to supervisor? when did they ask you to call back?

Yeah..i talked to a supervisor , i asked to her to review my case since it passed the 60 day mark..she told me to wait patiently ..since we just had many holidays off.... she didn't ask me to call back..

Nov 3th...told me to be patient.. a review might occurred this week..stuff like that..

just bad luck i guess....we got a checklist for beneficiary's passport biographic data page, which it's included on the very front of the IV package we sent in.....this painful process tortured us almost 2 years..

read some posts...think i wont get CC this year...i hope this torture will end soon

got the case # last friday...one week past, still no DS261 and AOS fee available ....

got the case # and invoice id # last Friday morning. . still no ds261 and AOS invoice yet...

I got both case numbers the same day they were received so call multiple times a day.. Once they search and see you have a K3 they will give you a case number for your I-130 and close the K3. GOOD LUCK !!! Read the wiki in the first post so you don't make silly mistakes and lose precious time !

just called NVC .. they received my cases on June 2nd . and i got the case # for my K3 , not really sure if theres any use for the K3 case # at this moment, and no case number for my CR1 yet. .

my case was approved on 5/8/2014 .. it has been a few day , i still hadn't receive the "case shipped to NVC" update. should i be concerned ? i waited 14 months for the NOA2...it would sux if my case sits in NSC for another month..thanks guys

i submitted it during March , and on 5/5/2014 , i got a email reply from their office about my case was assigned to one of their analyst and they made a inquiry to uscis for me . today i got the approval notice email. . also my senator was helping me for the last couple months , she made a expedite request for me one 4/18/2014 and my case got transferred to supervisory immigration officer for expedited processing. hope it helps. i totally understand the pains for super long wait..good luck to you and your family.

We did many SR and affter any Sr they ask wait 1 month just to get rid of us its how they work and everytime there is different excuse why it took so long and even in Infopass they told us maybe they are making back check about my Husband in Morocco and the cos it took so long is not due to them but Moroccan autoritie whcih is does not make any sense for me as my hsuabnd is clean and never had any probelems as me too Both of us are clean .

That is why we move to next step to contacct our Congressman then today there is an answer !!!!!

The Nebraska had long time enough to treat our case but they prefered take care of the new cases and let us wait and wait ,The question is why ?!!!!!!

I had the same ####### on 4/15..so far nothing

i think im the last Feb 2013 filer left ..............
