  1. Well I understand not having priority..they didn't tell ya to hop in bed...(just using what they would use lol)

But like I said..i don't know facts...there really ARE NO FACTS lol...but from whats happening, and what I am reading on here, when the 129f is filed after the 130..the 130 is pulled out of place in line and put in the place in line with the 129f. Im hoping its not also...and everything I can possibly cross is crossed...I think by now my unborn child even has his fingers crossed! hahaha

Good luck to you also smile.png

Okay make sure his toes are crossed too for us.

  2. Well if what you're saying is true... And our date for our 129f is 27 Jan... You think they'd do the same thing to our petitions? Doesn't make sense to :( I think someone else in the same situation as me already discussed this with you, sorry to repeat!

So I'm hoping it's not true :) I don't believe it's true... Once again, fingers crossed.

Man, I dunno how you're doing this while you're pregnant. You should get automatic priority or something. Well that's what I would want!

Good luck to you and your family! It seriously won't be long now :)

  3. I don't know...I have a feeling that might delay it even longer too. This late in the game im gonna leave it alone.

my pd is 8/2 for my 130...but 8/21 for my 129f....im just hoping they don't wait til my 129f number cuz that's waaaay outta the way.

Possibly....I remain with hope. But ..very little lol

Check out this website and chill out star_smile.gif :

    Good luck! Fingers crossed!

    Important Notice:

When both petitions have been approved by USCIS and sent to the NVC or when USCIS approves the I-130 before the I-129F, the availability of, as well as the need for, a nonimmigrant K-3 visa ends. If the NVC receives both an approved I-130 petition and an approved I-129F petition:

    • The nonimmigrant K-3 visa case will be administratively closed.
    • The application process explained below will not be available to the foreign-citizen spouse and cannot be used.
    • The NVC will contact the U.S. citizen sponsor and foreign-citizen spouse, with instructions for processing the IR-1 (or CR-1) immigrant visa.
  4. Oh thats awesome. I am really glad to know it at least changes when the transfer is made. I was thinking that i wouldn't know until i got the hardcopy although i dont think im gonna transfer until they reach my k3 number :( which is up in the 7's. Thanks so much! And congrats.

Aditya, has anyone transferred yet that also has a 129f out there on top of the 130 like me?

Yeah, we're kinda in the same boat. PD Aug 6 and I-129f also.

No news yet for us though.

  5. Also we applied from Australia, as in USC and beneficiary's home and mailing addresses are overseas addresses. USC was working/residing in Australia at the time of application.

We thought that applications from overseas took a slightly different path and were often processed quicker, but that thought was merrily flushed down the toilet.

Not toooo bothered though, I don't feel like there's much we can do other than have our fingers, toes and eyeballs crossed. It'll happen when it happens.

And like I said before, all is well that ends well! This time next year we'll all be reunited for sure! Yay!

  6. Hello!

We are also August filers, we just joined visa journey. Bit late, hehe.

So far we have only received a NOA1, receipt and priority date 6th Aug '13... but all is well that ends well and I'm sure that even though it's taking so long right nowheadbonk.gif , a year or so from now, we'll all be reunited with our families and live happily ever after!

Maybe we could be added to the spreadsheets, please? And we'll let you all know if we hear anything. Thanks and best of luck!
