I got CASE COMPLETE yesterday , but they asking my to fix many things in Affidavit of Support , including 2013 tax to the interview . My original sponsor is my uncle , lives in California . Is it matter to get another affidavit of support from Georgia ? I called a friend , lives in Georgia , told me that his wife is qualified and ready to be a joint sponsor but she doesn't related to me . Is it OK ?

Any reply will be highly a appreciated .

Have them a call and ask them, it looks like a false checklist to me.

Still call them for sure i get one of this too and when i called , i found out that it was a false checklist

I got a message like yours ,I sent all civil documents they needed but later they asked me via a checklist about Passport first page , and police certificate , and when I called them , they told me that I should send Passport first page , and clearance certificate again , and I did . and still waiting .

Hello , I received 2 checklists and I re correct them and send them back to nvc , and I find that CEAC screen is different from previous one . What does N/A means ? and this new screen , means that documents about to enter to system ?

My husband said he should get someone in the west bank to go to any Israeli police station and request this since there are no Israeli police stations in gaza...can he call the consulate and see what do they suggest?

I called the embassy ,, I have received a reply from Jerusalem embassy regarding the Israeli certificate .

Now , I'm sure that it was a false checklist because Israeli certificate is not needed by NVC .

Hello . I have got the same checklist asking me about documents and telling me passport is expired . I think it's a false checklist .

Interesting, I did not send anything to do with evidence of support to NVC. The petition was approved and then I included the affidavit of support information for my fiance to bring to the consulate in Manila.

Maybe because you have k1 visa not ir1 . thanks

Police certificates may be requested at any Israeli police station. They are sent directly to the U.S. Embassy. Former residents residing outside of Israel should apply in person at an Israeli consular or diplomatic mission

can I send them an email , and telling them that my passport is valid for 10/06/2016 ? or it is not in suitable at this time ?

Call USCIS and let them know of the issue.

If I were you, I'd just resend the information again. It wont delay you're process that much, maybe a few week, overnight the package if you want it done quicker. Double check and make sure everything is filled out completely, double check your passport. Make sure it does not expire in 6 months! If it does, you need to renew it. And get your long form birth certificate to send ( A copy not the real one). Pretty much the checklist tells you what they need, just send it again if you have trouble with calling them. MAKE A COPY OF ALL THESE in case they lose it again.

I sent all the documents they needed by DHL via the address on their cover sheet , and dhl told me DELIVERED .

After a week I sent my Affidavit of support on usps , and Delivered . I'm completely sureeee there is no problem . I called them yesterday , after waiting 30 min , I told them about this checklist , they said let 20 business days for review . They didn't give me a complete answer .

Hi my husband lives in gaza and we just found out he needs to get 2 police certificates, one from Ramallah and one from israel. he has got the one from Rammallah , He has been asking around and doesn't know how to get israeli certificate . Does anyone have experience with getting israel certificate from gaza?

thanks god , I got them by call , they told me ignore the checklist and give 30 business days .
