Well, you could suspend me and I could do a thorough itemization (that's a joke, son!).
As I say, the "notifications" icon in the upper right was lit up red, but would not respond. Therefore, I had no insight into the nature of my suspension. And I was also refused access to my timeline, which I frequently consult to see what the expected wait times look like. I was sorta disgusted by the whole "kicked off of VJ" thing, so didn't explore much farther.
Another comment: once my 2 day suspension was over, I was forced to click through some sort of acknowledgement that looked very much like an admission of wrongdoing. Surely there's a better way...
'Til the moderator issues are addressed in a substantial manner, I don't feel it's safe to post anywhere but the visa sections.
I appreciate your attention to all this, Cap'n.

Obama placed these people in the front of the USCIS line; in front of US citizens. That's whack. Having "empathy" for illegal aliens should not cost me another 6 months without my loved ones.

I think that is an excellent idea. As a prolific poster ,terrible comedian, and sometimes pontificating blow hard, in Social topics, many times stuff is deleted or closed and we have no clue why or if it was even us. Also many times we are banned with no warning, and of course we can't reply and if we do, many times we are ignored.
On several occasions, I have asked what violated the TOS, and was told it was because someone complained with never being told what TOS was violated.
On one occasion I used something in reply, I had been using over a year and had probably used 300 or more times, and was out of the blue issued a suspension, in the middle of typing a reply, with no warning or clear cut explanation of the TOS.
It is my belief that most people are reasonable, and if they are doing something offensive, a gentle tap on the shoulder would go a lot further than a arbitrary suspension with an accompanying message that, sounds like a power drunk superior court judge sentencing a person to death row. Of course then there was the "mutual ignore directive" because myself and another poster, who I am on great terms with, bickered. No violation of TOS, just we bickered, as if every thread in that forum is not bickering.
That forum use to be loads of fun and we would have many pages a day of fun, and to be honest poking fun at one another and sometimes heated discussion. Check that forum today and you will see it is dead. Moderators that don't have the humility or maturity to not go on personal vendettas should not be moderators.
In closing, you have a great site and were a big help during my k-1 process and of course all of this is free and appreciated. I was not even aware this forum was here until today.
    Thank You.

Apparently you never learned that our system has multiple checks and balances, including the DUTY of congress to exercise oversight on the executive branch.
Dictatorships "waste" no time and resources on silly things like oversight. Answering Congressional subpoenas is not "pandering". It is following the law, whereas not doing so is a crime. You are glad we have criminals running the country, apparently. Had they turned over what has been requested this would have been over loooooong ago.

The ninth panel was necessary because Congress subpoenaed the State Dept. almost a year ago to find out what happened that night, since the "internet video = murder" story didn't pass any test of rational credibility. Almost a year down the road, the "most transparent administration ... evaaah" is finally being forced by the judiciary to produce information.
Surely asking questions of our employees shouldn't present a problem. Right?

I attribute his claims of 'transparency' to either pure hypocrisy, narcissism, his Machiavellian nature, or plain ol' lack of self-awareness. Either way, that's just another of his obvious lies.

Like the Keystone XL. You agree with 61% of Americans (or they agree with you!). This preznit's constant dithering over something that seemingly has virtually no 'down side' makes it easy to think he's deliberately trashing the US' economy.

Why do you assume the preznit's race is the overarching factor, and not his incompetence, or dishonesty and lack of forthrightness, or his tendency to alienate international allies and glad-hand with countries that openly wish us harm? With all that going against him, why would you think race is his Achilles heel?
Well, you got that much right.

It makes clear which employed Keynesian economics effectively....but that said...considering history = US is currently running at a reasonable Debt / GDP ratio....question is = for how much longer until we are on the precipice of Global financial Apocalypse again...?
For all the stupid things having come out Biden's mouth...he got 1 right = the jobs ain't coming back...
IMO = we are already living in the "New Par"....& from now on - 5.5% unemployment will = Economic Boom. (look @ Texas for evidence)

I remember in one of my college math classes, the guy walks in and tells us, "Not all of you are meant to pass this class. I think about half of you are going to fail." At that point, I'm looking around the room to see how many people look dumber than me. If it's more than half, then I'm good.
But, I think telling someone that you'll send them home in a body bag is a bit too much.

Maybe that's why the preznit's crew has such a hard time staying within legal boundaries: the Constitution is mysterious and therefore irrelevant because it was written 100 years ago.

Sure I agree that the GOP voting record is abysmal. But I find this strong arming by the administration regarding legitimate requests by congress (on multiple issues / possible cover ups) is frankly threatening how are government operates. They are just continuing and expanding the policies of Bush and what makes them worse then Bush, is that they promised unprecedented transparency.
