If you go to the Processing Times section on VisaJourney, you will see on the right side of the page that there are processing times for the I-129F for K-1 visas.
But, it only says which petitions they are processing for the California and Vermont Service Centers.
It entirely omits the Texas Service Center.
Why do they omit TSC? Where can I find which petitions they are currently processing at TSC?

Don't mind me, I was just in a good mood and laughing at the smallest of things last night.
Good luck in your investment if you decide to go through with it. Hope it pays off.

It's saying people are reading this post where it says "-- users are browsing this forum", but in the forum section it says 0 views...
This is making me wonder if my post is glitched or something.

In 2013, I worked a part-time job and I did not meet the 125% poverty guideline on my 2013 W-2.
Since then, I've gotten a full-time, permanent job that exceeds the 125% limit and submitted my K-1 petition.
My petition was delivered February 22nd and I begin the new job February 27th.
Will I need a co-sponsor because of my insufficient income in 2013 or will my new job with sufficient income be enough to be approved for a K-1 visa?
By the time I receive an NOA2 and begin filing the Affidavit of Support, I'll have many pay-stubs, but I'm still worried that I could risk getting the visa denied as a result of last years income and not working at my new job long enough.

Similarly to the original poster's situation,
Last year, I only worked part-time and I did not meet the 125% poverty guideline.
But, upon submitting the K-1 petition, I switched to a full-time, permanent job.
I've yet to receive my NOA1 yet and I begin the job in two days.
Since my tax returns show that I didn't meet the requirement in 2013, will I need a co-sponsor or will a letter from my new employer accompanied by recent pay stubs be enough?
I'm afraid that since the job is new that I may risk getting our visa denied.

I hope so.
Waiting for hard copies in the mail takes even longer.

I put the e-notification form underneath the cover sheet, then after sending the petition... realized I was supposed to put it on top.
Will I not receive any electronic notifications as a result?

Nevermind, found it.

Where can you find Igor's list, Iorella?
(I'm from Tennessee too!)

I know to write "US Department of Homeland Security" in the "Pay To" box, but I don't know which address I write.

For the record, I am sending in a copy of my birth certificate as proof of my U.S. citizenship.
The scans in my passport are only to prove we've been to the same locations.
-
Do I have to scan and mail every single page of each of our passports or only the page with our photos and info and then the pages with relevant visas/entry stamps to countries we have been to together?

My fiancee has her Master's degree and we are about to submit our petition for the K-1 visa. I am wondering if we should include a copy of her degree or not.
What do you think?

Sorry about that! I didn't notice it double-posted. It wasn't intentional.

The above website says that I must make $19,387 annually in order to file for my fiancee to come over here under my support. I do make this before taxes annually, but I make a bit less than this after taxes.
My question is: do they count your total annual earnings (gross salary) or do they look at how much you make after you pay your taxes?

Umka36,
Why do you prefer the K1?
Is the added hassle of Adjustment of Status not so bad?
I really am dreading the possibility of getting the K1 visa, only for something to go wrong after our marriage during the Adjustment of Status.
-
Yes, I've read that you automatically get your green card upon arrival and marriage with a CR1, but I don't think I will be able to do that.
What are your reasons for suggesting this, though?

I just registered to this site.
I am an American citizen filing a K-1 Fiancee Visa Petition for my fiancee who resides in the country of Lebanon.
Is there anything that you wished you had known prior to beginning this process that proved to be useful later?
Also, I used this K-1 visa guide from this website to compile the packet I am about to send: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide
Is it accurate and up to date? Or is there an official government website that lists all the required documents and information I should mail in?
Looking forward to learning more from this community so that this whole ordeal will go as smooth as possible.
No "Current Processing Times" for TSC?

Based on the little graph on the side of Igor's List, I'd imagine that they are wrapping up the very last petitions for the end of November while also working on the early ones from December (since it is near the 50% mark).
Do you have a better interpretation of the information on that list, Iorella?
Anyone else who wants to say what their interpretation of the info... feel free to say.
