  1. sounds nice, minus the cucumber spears, they make me heave...

    Are you allergic to cucumbers?

(I am, as I suffer from hayfever in summer; cucumbers contain an ingredient also found in ragweed pollen. I never could stand any item which contained them)

I oft find ZUCCHINI (sp--ok, I'll use the French/Brit "courgette") to be an excellent replacement (tastes better, can be cooked--so much more versatile).

No, I'm not allergic, I just can't stand the taste or even the smell of them...If they are on a sandwich or salad they tend to leave their taste on everthing they touch...Zucchini on the otherhand I am quite fond of..

Curious thing about the cucumber is, I love pickles..go figure

  2. Ok.. so for those of us on dialup who have no hope of ever seeing any video posted on vj.. what is this tennis ball thing?? i'm just kinda wondering...

Take a tennis ball, put a hole(about the size of the keyhole) in it with a hot screwdriver or knife. Place the hole in the tennis ball against the keyhole of the car and press the air out of the tennis ball the lock will open...note: it only works with electronic locks...

    There you have it...

  3. mmmmm, I wonder if car thieves know this little trick??

Yeah...I was wondering the same thing, actually. If this does work (and I'm not saying it does; it was, after all, on YouTube), then anyone, including potential car thieves could see and put it to illegal use. Of course, many cars nowadays have microchips in them and the keys themselves, and refuse to start unless the key with the microchip is inserted and turned into the car itself. So even if a car thief did open the car door, the car would be virtually useless to the thief as hot-wiring it would be pretty damn tough. It could be done given enough time and energy, I suppose, but most thiefs aren't willing to put that much work into their targets, especially not if means hanging around and possibly getting caught.

Lets face it, if you have a car that a thief really wants, they're gonna take it with or without a tennis ball, it happens everyday..

If your car isn't worth stealing, you have no concerns..

  4. A few days ago I posted a link to what Leonard Nimoy was doing as of late...

Now I have a link to what William Shatner is up to these days...It appears Captain Kirk has a more tasteful approach to photography than Mr. Spock...

I am trying to understand that statement... it's more tasteful because it is a young skinny attractive woman??

I could go on and on about all the reasons I need to see an Analyst, but that comment is not one of them...
