  1. We was approved on December 20th so we are around the same time. Hoping to be sent to NVC quickly BUT I have noticed on here that CSC takes it's time sending approved files on from between 4 to 8 weeks for most people.

    That's true !!

We was approved on 15Nov 2013,but right now almost 1 month and 10 days that we're not even hear anything from NVC.

    Mind used CSC ............

I hope everything is going well and hear good news as soon as possible !!!!

  2. This process is about compliance with the immigration laws which have nothing to do with emotions.

If the process seems slow to you its because it is. There is nothing fast about the business of visas. You probably know that there are about 2.5 million cases presented to USCIS every year. Here at VJ we see only a tiny percentage of those cases.

My lawyer was told me ...

Thank you to reminded me.... heart.gifheart.gifheart.gif

  3. They are not concerned about my feelings, but yeah I am completely miserable over here without my fiancée. I haven't physically seen him since Oct 2012' I thought he could get a visa to come back on his own, but it is very hard so that's why in August 2013 I applied for the K1 Visa. I wish they would hurry.

I'm so sorry for this.... I think so,they will never ever concern my feeling either.

I hope you will hear good news as soon as possible...

Keep fighting !!!! Su Su luv.gifluv.gif

  4. I agree that when your I129 is approved you will get a message like you did and it will stay that way for about a month then it will change to "WE SHIPPED IT TO DEPT OF STATE FOR VISA PROCESSING" like the previous person wrote. Then after that I keep reading that it takes 2 weeks to get a case number. I called the NVC its a (606) area code I believe and a recording comes on saying they are not giving this information out. I know strange. I am thinking cause sooooo many people call.

I would say your status will stay the way it is for about a month I am working with the Texas lockbox though.

    Seriously,almost 1 month and 8 days ....

Dam slow !!!! I really understand that a lot of people are applying but they should understand how people feels for waiting .....

  5. Sorry to say that but do you know what really sucks?!? To still wait for our NOA2 and we sent in on august 9th!!! It sucks to see all ppl get approved after us that sucks. I would be happy if it would be only 6-8 weeks for NVc until we have our Case Number!!! I just want to hear finally that we are approved!! Good luck on your journey!!

Ohhh what's I said,it's not means to bother you.....

I'm so sorry ,I hope you will hear good news as soon as possible,Trisha

    Good luck

  6. my approved I129F petition was approved Nov 14th and received the Case Number on Dec 16th at the NVC, the same day I was told by NVC that the USCIS requested my file back. Dec 23rd my Case was updated on the USCIS website that it was received for a review. Is this common?

Got my NOA2 and approval Nov 14th, NVC received my file on Dec 9th, assigned my case number on Dec 16th then file was sent back to USCIS for a review?????

    Does this ever happen?

    I don't know really,you know what ??!! I don't know exactly what's they do process !!!

    How long ? or something

    Sorry for this .......

  7. Calling people we are involved with a relationship in Thailand our " husband " is common. It helps us save face when dealing with the old school of thought.

The embassy will expect you to know this person is not your B friend any longer if he proposed marriage to you. When you said yes you became a fiancée. Make sure you know what the relationship is before you have to try to explain because they may not even give you a chance.

Thank you kha...Sometimes I don't know even what's to do but I just do everything to be Nature !!!

  8. Ok, so MOST of the time, and I say MOST of the time because I have heard of a few exceptions- this message means that your case was approved but has not yet left USCIS.... once the message says something like On (month) XX, (year), we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly. Then you know it is on its way to NVC and then you give it two weeks and start calling.... good luck and keep an eye on the USCIS website... As my friend celebs mentioned above, lots of people from California are getting approved fast but their petitions are taking around 1-2 months to be sent to NVC.... keep us posted...

Last night we called to USCIS, "We already sent your case to NVC" they said

For sure it's have been approved because my boyfriend has received Noa2 hard copy.....

But however I will keep calling NVC to ask my case anyway...

    Thank you so much !!!!

  9. I'm sorry, I did not mean to lecture your words. We are on the immigration path. If you call him a husband when the CO interview you for K-1 visa, that could be trigger a trouble. The CO would think you already married and your K-1 visa probably get denied because of that. There are some threads about that subject here on VJ.

    Thank you so much !!!!

I agree with you that I should call him "Boyfriend or fiancee" because that's would be nice and very useful when I get interview !!

  10. This is my timeline

    19 Sep 2013 - Send paperwork

    23 Sep 2013 - USCIS Received

    30 Sep 2013 - Noa 1 Approved

    15 Nov 2013- Noa 2 Approved

    Waiting Case Number

    This is what's USCIS wrote

On November 15, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Thank you all of your guys

However,I will ask my boyfriend to keep call to ask my case at NVC....

  11. Hi,guys

    I have question ?

    I approved Noa2 on 15 November 2013

Last night my husband called to NVC to asked if they issued my case number or not but " they didn't even received my case", " it's take at least 6-8 weeks " they said

But you know,my friend approved Noa2 after me 1 week but She already got Case number !!! you know,That's suck !!!

So all yours guys think it's possible that my case lost ? if it's lost ,then it's means I have to start over again ?

Right now my husband and I are only waiting .......until middle of Jan 2014

Any help or advise would be appreciated

    PS.California Service Center

    Thank you
