Did the NVC receive your package already?
Not yet !!!!1
-
They say it can take up to 60 days, but it shouldn't and usually doesn't. I've been looking at timelines and 10 days is closer to the norm. I'm not even going to try to call the NVC until friday.
Although, after what you and I have both been through already, nothing would surprise me.
I agree with you......
-
I'm really sorry for this happening to you !!
-
We were approved on 15 NOV 2013 till now still no case number yet !!!!
We made requested and got letter from USCIS that our petition will forwarded to NVC,please allow 60 days before inquiring NVC
It's means we have to wait for 2 more months???
God........ CSC very dam slow
I really hate how they process thing and very unclear !!!!

Any news Blossomman999?
My Fiancee called USCIS again today, and was told they mailed a letter to her yesterday that says "we are in the process of forwarding your file to the NVC; please allow two weeks for it to reach them and be processed in their system."
I won't believe it until I get a case number, but that's a new development for us.
It's same .....
Me either,I won't believe it until I get case number...........
Hope to hear good news soon ....

Okay. To you and baby0916 (OMG) this is what you do. With USCIS its all how you ask I swear they are idiots. They said they sent it I am sure so you need to do this.
Do not talk with the person who answers phone they are merely an operator clueless reading a script. You need a Tier 2 Supervisor and you say this:
"when did my petition physically leave ____________________________Service Center. They should have a date.
Or you could schedule an InfoPass appoint at your local USCIS office so you can talk to a live human either way ask it like I put it.
This is insane I am so so sorry. But stay on it. You could also engage your congressman to make inquiries..
Thank you so much
My boyfriend and I are try to do as you posted !!!!!!

hi. i just want to let you know you are not the only one having this problem. my husband's i-130 petition has been approved on sept. 30, 2013... and until this day i haven't received anything or heard anything from nvc. i have called nvc last week and they just told me to submit a search on my husband's petition. then i called uscis the same day i called nvc and spoke with an officer and he told me he will send an inquiry and i should receive a letter regarding the inquiry by feb 8 or after feb 8. today i called nvc to check again and they still havent received anything from uscis. so until this day i am still waiting!!!!!!!! so frustrating.
I'm so sorry for this......
As I said,Sometimes USCIS is very unclear
The only thing that I'm so angry and frustrated because We are not asking them to do the process for FREE but we've paid FEE to them !!!!!!
Unacceptable ....
-
Ummmm why is he calling USCIS. call NVC see if its there. They are open until midnight. The Benefciary or petitioner can call them.
NVC - 603-334-0700 (press 1 then 5 to speak with an operator) [HOURS: 7am - 12am EST, M-F]
I know you have a lawyer but read post #1 and #2 of NVC filers thread so you know what is happening at NVC.
http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/472916-nvc-filers-january-2014/
Thank you so much for your posted,I'll read it.
We have call NVC 10 times but the only thing that they told us "We have not receive your petition yet "
I think this is why my lawyer decided to called USCIS because another his client that filed paperwork with us at the same time were already got date to interview !!!!
Sometimes USCIS are very unclear....

HI.
We were approved NOA2 on 15Nov 2013 and this is almost 2 months and probably 9 or 10 days.....
I asked my lawyer to keep follow my petition,he has to waited 2 hours on phone to get through the USCIS and they will contact him within 2 weeks
My god,If we know were the petition is,then I'll be ok for this but I'm so worried too much.
PS.CSC [K1]

Call to NVC to get the case number. they will inform you the case number i think
My lawyer and I are called twice ,but they said "we have not receive your case yet".Also we have call the Consulate but we don't think it's would go straight to the
Embassy because it's not make sense to SKIP through the NVC.....
-
Hi guys,
Do you think it's really worst ?
My Noa2 was approved on 15 November 2013 and my noticed still show " 15 November 2013,we mailed you noticed blah blah .......
but till now,we not hear anything from NVC yet though we mailed them 5 times and called them every other days after 4 weeks gone.
I think the only thing that I can do now is waiting but in the other hand,my mind doesn't stop about something wrong might happen really !!!!!
God .....They are so sloppy and slow !!!!
Let me tell your guys the story
I have friends who flied the petition after me,he is going to live in CA and his case was sent also after me but however,We are in the same road, same CSC but he was already got case number and ready to get interview next 2 weeks !!!!!
OMG,right now my heart is going down and I have to accept all of it,What will be will be !!!!
There is nothing I can do but I would complain that USCIS is very poor Equality Service that I've deal with .......
I'm so sorry that I blah blah too much

Your P 3 is done? Police report? Medical? 134 with tax transcript?
Everything done ...
DId you sign up for e-mail updates with the Service Center? I did, and they emailed me on 12/17 that the file was going to NVC. Two weeks later, off to Manila.
Please be patient. You are right on the brink of this step being completed for you, probably in the next week or two.
Never do this before but however,my lawyer will keep update it for me,thank you

Tax return is very important .....

Working hard,spend time with family,hang around,study English-Japanese .....

Thanks all of your guys
I hope I'll get it asap...
-
By the way what I really would like to tell is that I think it is kind a sad thing that you it seems like can only make posts here when you already wait 13 months or longer for your NOA2 that people are not bothering you with being patient.... I think that some people go along a wrong road here... :-( everyone of us wants to be asap with their loved ones and there is no reason especially for the faster approved ones to be that rude to people who still wait!!
We ALL know that it is important to be patient!!! No more complaining about that!!!
I understand what's you feeling.....BE STRONG AND PATIENT
Everybody feel as you do ...the only thing that we can do are Waiting, however we are at the same road !!!
Good luck to all
-
Hmm I didn't asked for your friend...! I just asked if it's a good idea to call and to talk to a tier 2?! I didn't decided that e had to wait 8 months YES 8 months!
But thanks for your post!
If you want to know, please make phone call ....
Good luck
