You should use the form I864 for your wife and the joint sponsor.

Note that if your wife don't have income you should put ( 0$ ) and if she didn't fill her taxes for 2014,2013,2012 then she have to write a statement why?

Just like the above case. My wife is a US citizen and filing for me, her income is not sufficient for sponsoring, so using her uncles income to meet income requirements.

My doubts is

Which form needs to be filed for her uncle, is it I864 or anything else (or I864 together with I864A for same person)

Wow I'm surprised they scheduled an interview on Memorial Day, a national Holiday. I didn't think they worked at any of the Embassies or Consulates on those days. ?

Mmm I just checked the embassy website and the Memorial Day off will be in 24 because Saudi Arabia have different time zone

I would definitely bring it just in case they ask for it. Better to have it and 2014 taxes are due now.

note. the petitioner did not submit tax transcript for 2011,2012,2013 or any financial evidence. we submit an explanation why she did not fill her tax for those years.

I don't want to get excited but I just checked my CEAC portal and AOS fee changed to N/A. WoOOooOooOOOW I can't wait to call NVC to conform.

just called NVC to confirm, and case complete 03-30 I believe I saw my username is on a spreadsheet, I don't know who to report to for it.

However how and when will I know my interview date? The operator said it's still pending to have an appointment date..

I got email from NVC that on 6 MAR 2015 they received my package . see you NVC after 60 days

Your welcome.

Once your I-130 has been approved from USCIS, it will be sent to NVC (a part of the Department of State). Depending what service center the I-130 is coming from, this can take anywhere from a few business days to a few weeks. You may or may not get an email from USCIS/update on their website stating when it was sent.

Once NVC does receive your case, it's currently taking around 3 weeks for a case number to be assigned.

My AOS and IV package was received by NVC last Friday 06/03/2015 . when you think I'll get an email from them ? and do I have to call them to conform that they received the documents?

I mailed off the financial & supporting documents last week (03/03/15). They were supposed to be delivered two days later on March 5th by noon. The package has not arrived to nvc. Last known location was that it departed Knoxville, TN on Wednesday March 4th. I'm going out of my mind!!!!!! I've called customer service and went to my local post office but all i am told is that I can receive a refund since it did not arrive on time but not until it is delivered. I don't care about the money. Find My Paperwork......... This can't be happening

I mailed off the AOS and IV package the same day 03/03/2015 through UPS from Saudi Arabia. On the tracking page it apparent they face severe weather conditions have delayed delivery. but on 06/03/2015 the status changed to delivered at 12:35.

Don't panic maybe they are facing the same condition. I hope they will deliver it soon.

Really depends on you. I would personally wait to submit both at the same time bcos the last scan date which will be that of the IV package will determine when your docs get reviewed and you will potentially get a cc. Also, you'll have less chances of dealing with missing docs or anything like that cos everything would be in one package altogether. But if u feel like entertaining the NVC, you can always send your AOS package 1st and the other later. Goodluck!

I'm so happy today I received the AOS paper from our joint sponsor. I have some questions :

He give me his 1040a tax return transcript for 2013,2012 and 2011 . So what is the correct line in form 1040a to put as total income in part 6, is it total income or adjust gross income?

He also give me his 1040a taxes and last three pay stubs and his passport photocopy, is that enough?
