We got our NOA1 on 1,November 2013

Finally some action !! just now I received email from uscis , they want more evidence from us . I don't know why!! we submit every thing we have but i have to wait 10 days to see what evidence they want.

This was on Thursday, May 15, 2014 .. what this mean !? what should I do ?

Just now called uscis- spoke to tier 2 officer, she said nebraska processing nov 5th PD's , i mentioned to her i seen lot of nov21 approvals.

she put me on hold for 2 mins and later opened a service request very nice of her.

What do you mean nov 5th PD's!!?

We filed on fisrt of november .. do you think i should call them about my case?

Hi all, my wife filled for me on the first of Nov, we are together in Saudi Arabia. we received NOA1 on 5 nov via email and routed to the USCIS Nebraska Service Center for processing. but we didn't receive the hared copy and after several calling to uscis we find that they send it to wrong address.

we spoke to tier 2 officer, she was so nice and helpful. finally we received NOA1 heard copy on 14 Jan 2014 .

now we are waiting, I'm thinking to call them on 15 May, if we did not get NOA2.

Anyone submitted from Saudi Arabia i want to know how much time needed to receive notice (Form I-797) ? and what address did use in all I-130 ? Is it P.O.Box XXXXXX Dammam XXXXXX like this one ? or used express mail like DHL , Fidex ,UPS ..?

Hi, when i submit I-130 for my husband, I have used P.O.Box at saudi postal office to receive any mails from USCIS.

I got from USCIS case number and they routed to the USCIS Nebraska Service Center for processing and they mailed me a notice describing how they will process my case, Now it's over 50 days since and i have chucked my P.O.box and nothing coming, what should i do is there any way i can tell the USCIS to resend it as express mail with DHL or should i wait longer ??
