before coming to usa in pakistan i face very bad incident , some one in home loot all the belonging which are precious like my lap top my, moblie , my jwellery etc ven they cut the electricity of mine mothers home where i was staying , sadly i lost all my contacts and wouldnt be able to contact to any one , my lots of friends told me that my sim still in use and people told me that they were sending msg on whats app and they know that ther message, sms where received by that although i told the mobile company to block it but unfortunately they would not do this i dont know why now i have make my new id also here on vj my previous id was aisha &wajid. i am totaly upset and lost even now allhamdollilah i am in usa and its now 18 days but still my family told me that were getting message from my number. Here i also face problem from serious hair fall and i dont know what to do. as uptill now i dont have any id nor i have any health insurance here what should i do now.

Just start using Minoxidil 5 % for 2 months and see results...u can get from wallmart or any pharmacy in $20. Dont go for rogain bcoz it is not effective for the whole head except for certain part of head ( back side mostly ). Dont go for any oil as well becoz they block the scalps and create a layer on them causing to stop hair growth.

Hi every one.. I am female .. I am new in USA. After coming from pakistan to USA i have hairs loss problem here. I had very long hairs now my hairs going to thin I am very upset .. Any body who face same problem plz advice me ..

Lol…u shud consult with a hair & skin care centre but mean while u start Minoxidil 5% Hair Spray immediately and use 4 bottles of it then u will never have hair fall again inshaAllah…it will make ur hair shiner, brighter, longer and thicker like before within 2 months

Went embassy at 11:45 interview scheduled at 12:30, wait for almost 2 hours then called and given paper to read loudly and then sign, afterthat CO congratulated that you will receive ur passport in 2 weeks .but still status AP.

But amazing thing, No fingerprint taken although asked to CO but he said no need.

Call NVC today...they will update you about your medical receipt at Embassy...

Hi everyone! finally today is says ISSUED....just wanted to share my story with everyone married in MAY 2012 INTERVIEW WAS ON 29TH JULY AND CASE WAS IN AP, THEY ALSO ASKED FOR NEW JOINT-SPONSOR SUBMITTED NEW JOINT SPONSOR IN SEPTEMBER 2013 AND THIS WAS THE MONTH WITH MOST UPDATES THEN NO SPECIAL UPDATE IN MY CASE TILL AUG 2014, WHEN THEY ASKED FOR ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS 31ST OCT THEY GAVE A DATE FOR OATH AND FINGERPRINT....AND TODAY IT GOT ISSUED. . ISHALLAH EVERYONE WILL GET OUT OF THIS AP SOON, WE JUST NEED TO BE STRONG AND FAITH ON ALLAH...

Your case file in the subject immigrant visa case was reviewed recently, you are required to submit the following documents:

An updated medical examination report from an embassy apporved physician.

Form DS-260. Form Ds-230 is no longer in use and has been replaced by form DS-260. The form DS-260 is filled out and submitted online only (https://ceac.state.gov/iv/). Instead of submitting a hard copy of the complete form DS-260, the applicant only has to submit a printout of the confirmation page to our office.

2 visa photos with white or off-white background (Front View).

Hello brother…first of all congrats to u in advance becoz after this documents submission they will call you for finger print and oath & ISSUE your visa…

Now Immediately take print out of this email and go to the place where you did your Medical earlier where as for DS 260, fill it online and send them Barcode by email and take a print out of it and send both MedIcal and this print out of DS 260 along with the Medical.

This DS 260 will be signed digitally within Embassy when they will call you for finger print appointment.

maabish hope your visa get issued insha allha kaleem+ hammadf2a+ Alipdx anyupdates i send many email to embassy but unfortunately have no luck getting any response

Yesterday my case showed expiring soon and today i email to embassy and changed again to ap but reply to me,,,any ideas guys

Yes I am sure about their flexible and soft visa policy for Afghan Citizens bcoz on my interview’s day 3 Afghan citizens got visas approval where as all of others were issued Green slip 221g…They called me for second interview and I again observed the same situation for Afghan Nationals…They all had Afghani Passport… do u have Afghan passport as well Kaleem Bhai ?

I may be wrong but not more than 20 % in this matter…By the way I really pray by heart for your visa and i am so shocked to hear u r in AP for more than 7 years…

Aoa brother. I am so pleased to hear your visa ISSUED...U remember I told u that their policy is different for Afghanis and I had seen Afghanis getting visas on spot at day of my interview…and now its proven with your visa. Enjoy your life with your family and you are always in our prayers bro.

I am posting this message for all of you who get really caught with updates and not having updates.

Interview: August, 2013

6 updates after the interview.

No updates till March 20th.. 3 or 4 updates than it stopped.

No updates till August, 2014..

End of August it update to expiring soon. (medical and Ds 260 expired)

Email embassy.. Changed to Ap again..

No update till September 19th.

September 19th: Call for Medical and Ds 260

September 20th: Submitted DS 260 by email.

Oct 2: Call for finger print and oath

Oct 22: Finger Print (12:30pm appointment but didn't get out from embassy till 4pm)

October 23: Issued!!

October 24: Passport in Hand!! ALLHUMDULLILAH!!

So my brother and sisters.. Continue to do DUA for yourself and others.. Don't get caught up with Updates.. It happens when Allah desires..

It was long 14 months of AP!! 20 months since we submitted I 130!!!

All my bros and sis let me tell you my story today , we were married on 23 feb 2011 and my husband file i-130 in the month of april, we get our first RFE in the month of august then we submit reply, in the month of january 31,2012, we got approval from uscis i remember this because i was in hospital due to my illness. Then we get first notice from NVC in the month of march ,2012 it was choice of agent, and after that my husband keep getting other forms as far as i remember in the month of may finally i got a mail from nvc of my first interview. It was in the month of june date 29th, so i do all the medical process and do preparation for travel, unfortunately by the time i was in shuttle bus i still remember that i was trying my level best to recite any dua during that time but i cant my mind was totally blank at that time, any way finally when i reached there on the window the CO was totally unfriendly and denied my visa. Our case went back in the month of oct 2012 back to NVC then to USCIS , Now the wait game and stress test start we keep waiting and waiting then in the month of june we got the RFE from USCIS in this we have to prove our marriage bonafide and other issues we both were totally upset then i decide and take step and start to contacting some lawyers here in pakistan they help me alot in prepare answers of all those questions which they ask and we again submit a bulk of evidence we were given time of 30 days , then after 2 weeks they reaffirmed our case and send back to embassy in the month of oct 2013. When i contacted to NVC and DOS they told me that the case is in AP ( night mare) , in this point my husband start contacting congressman and senators but all they get reply from embassy was the same reply what we were getting that case was in embassy in the month of january 7th 2014 date change automatically and refuse status change now in AP .then date again change on the month of 29 january by its self . Case status date change all this when we send mail to embassy i lost all hope and during that i lost my 6 weeks 4 days old pregnancy i sabar on this as this what i believe is from Allah any way then suddenly on 19 august 2014 date start change by its self in the mean time i start doing job in school. So then date keeps changing till on 25 august 2014 i was at my job and then they call on my land line number and my mother receive a call in which they told her to submit DS-260 and bring fresh medical on oct 1 2014. We submit online form on 25 of september 2014. Then i fly from karachi to islamabad on 29 of sept 2014. Interview was held smooth and surprisingly i remember all the duas this time . They ask me to submit joint sponsor asap there is nothing in my case. well on 9th of oct i submit joint sponsor they receive i think n 13 or 14 of oct. My dates start change again on 19 of oct then again 20 of oct then 21 it says issue. Finally i got visa in my hand on 23 of oct. Uffffff so this night mare comes to an end.

Sister Javeria aap daro nahi...mera or yarm 24 ka reply parho...November December mein ziada visa issue hotey hain is liye kisi baat ki tension nahi lo...hum sab bhai or behen mil ke aik dusre ke liye dua karenge then sab ka visa jaldi ho jaye ga...dont worry sister and keep up praying...hamara case 3 July ke baad abhi tak update nahi hua or 15 month AP mein guzar gaye hain...dont lose hope and pray
