  1. Initially, I thought you had the entire I-129F and K1 Visa processing approved.

    I was like...wa~~~~ooow.

But looking at your timeline, looks like just the I-129F processing was approved.

    Still, nice short timing!

USCIS received my package on Dec 16th, so I'm still waiting for I-129F approval.

    Have a great holiday!

have you not heard anything from uscis yet? My petition was delivered the 22nd.
  2. Ean

I sent my I-129f package the 16th via USPS as well, and it was just delivered the 22nd. I'm excited to see how things go from here, and it will be interesting to see how our timelines compare!!

Mine got delivered the 22nd too, I was upset because we did the 2 day priority mail. Please keep me track of your progress. Fingers crossed that we get our noa1 via email this week.

  3. My fi is born in italy but his dad is a US citizen. His parents filed for a CRBA and since he is one year old, he lived in the US. Technically he is a US citizen by birth acquired through his dad. He is a holder of an American passport and is considered a US citizen since birth. So my question is, should he check no on the question no 13 on the I 129f asking if a certificate of citizenship is issued to him? Or should he put yes and put his CRBA details there?
