My answer would be "no", you cannot use child support as supplemental income.
The underling purpose of child support payments is to ensure children receive the same proportion of parental income, and thereby enjoy the standard of living they would have experienced had their parents remained together. It's intended to benefit the child, NOT the sponsored immigrant.
Just my thoughts. Whether you really can or not, I don't know. Hopefully, your normal income is sufficient. Otherwise, I suggest getting a joint sponsor.
yes cs can include as income uscis.

She has 2 options:
- typically she suppose to get SB1 visa.Or
- she can board a flight to the U.S and try to convince the officer @ the port of entry that she has not abandon her green card if they ask (recommended)
We are trying to file a sb1 visa

If she wants to return to the US, she will need to be petitioned again, as her GC would be deemed abandoned. It is for living in the US, not staying away for two years.
I dont think I have to petition her again.

What I interpret you to be saying is that your mother has a green cars and spent more than 180 days outside the USA. And both she and you think she has to do something before she gets on a flight back to the USA.
She does not. She needs to get a plane and come home.
She over stayes outside in the USA more than 2yrs
