    how long after new set of fingerprints visa is issued and in hand plz share any experience,

    Same day or next day or maybe in a week i seen people here his visa issued on same day....congratulations in advance your visa is ready..

    Bismillah i m on the same boat as u are dunt worry IA we all get our visas soon ameen

    Hi everyone! finally today is says ISSUED....just wanted to share my story with everyonemarried in MAY 2012INTERVIEW WAS ON 29TH JULY AND CASE WAS IN AP, THEY ALSO ASKED FOR NEW JOINT-SPONSORSUBMITTED NEW JOINT SPONSOR IN SEPTEMBER 2013 AND THIS WAS THE MONTH WITH MOST UPDATESTHEN NO SPECIAL UPDATE IN MY CASE TILL AUG 2014, WHEN THEY ASKED FOR ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS31ST OCT THEY GAVE A DATE FOR OATH AND FINGERPRINT....AND TODAY IT GOT ISSUED..ISHALLAH EVERYONE WILL GET OUT OF THIS AP SOON, WE JUST NEED TO BE STRONG AND FAITH ON ALLAH...

    Hey guys ... Anyone help me out with this ?? Embassy send me this email I'm worried about my case why they want medical again ? And how can i mail them my medical reports ?

    Dear Applicant

    Your case file in the subject immigrant visa case was reviewed recently, you are required to submit the following documents:

    An updated medical examination report from an embassy apporved physician.

    Form DS-260. Form Ds-230 is no longer in use and has been replaced by form DS-260. The form DS-260 is filled out and submitted online only (https://ceac.state.gov/iv/). Instead of submitting a hard copy of the complete form DS-260, the applicant only has to submit a printout of the confirmation page to our office.

    2 visa photos with white or off-white background (Front View).

    On receiving these items, our office will schedule the applicant(s) for a personal appearnace at our office for a new set of fingerprints and electronic signing of the form DS-260.

    Once you have alll the above items prepared, please send the barcodes to our office via email and confirm in the email that you have prepared all the above items also. Our office will then assign a date and time to have you and your family members come to our office for a new set of finger prints .

    Because your old medical is expired so they need new medical..and medical valid for 6 month..

    Today i called again nvc and they told me your case is under review.......in 20 months of ap nvc never was told me your case under review always they said your case under ap and we can not predict how much times take....but this is second time with in month nvc told me your case is under review......what you guys thing my case updating from mid oct till now..

    hi I need some guidance from those who have sent their fresh medical and pics to embassy recently.

    Did u guys send ur pics with ur signature, casenumber and date of birth or you send them as it is without writning anything on the back.

    Please I need correct guidance I am really confused because some are saying send it without writing anything and some are saying write ur name, case nuymber and date of birth on the back!!

    Dear dont write anything send through amex.....amex have own envelope packet there all your informatiom should be writing by amex collecting person.....

    Hi everyone......Please pray for my husband that he gets his visa this year. I have a 14 month old baby and we both are living in Pakistan since the past year waiting for my husband to get his visa because we cannot stay far from each other. My husband is in AP since 1 year and 8 months. His status dates do not change at all. I emailed the embassy last week and it was the same standard AP response.....So tired of this AP and always crying. No hope that this AP is gonna end soon. Over here me and my child remain ill and its very difficult for us. :cry:

    . sister inshallah very soon your husband will get visa...we are in same boat i am also in ap from 20 months and still continue and be strong sister

    i search what is the meaning of alias it mean in our language nickname, as i was previously married and named wajiha ahmed so they write it in alias name which was and is temporally( according to the meaning which i search on internet) it does not effect on my passport because no mistake is in passport and same thing printed on immigrant data summary. Thank you every one for helping me.Allah bless you all and brother kaleem999 may Allah solve all your problems and i pray for you that you came out from this Night mare of AP asap.Ameen
