HI thats good news bro maabish has received same email from embassy look at it on New Islamabad AP-Tracker, Part II prepared your family members medical and submit ds260 online send embassy barcode of ds260 through their iv webpage inquiry insha allha soon they will call you for personal appearance ,

could you please share with us how long you have been in ap and how frequently your case updating last time when you got this email from embassy

Dear yarm this guy misguided by some one (salsan ) sent me private msg and said there to me that someone told me first send barcode online and than wait agian for embassy to tell you send the other documents medical or picture..

So yarm i told him send as soon as possible medical and picture as well but he not stasfied again he was confuse..please you as well tell him to send this documents as soon as possible...and the intersting thing is that he was done medical and keep with himself from 14 oct till to now he is waiting for another call from embassy to send this documents..

Dear Applicant

Your case file in the subject immigrant visa case was reviewed recently, you are required to submit the following documents:

An updated medical examination report from an embassy apporved physician.Form DS-260. Form Ds-230 is no longer in use and has been replaced by form DS-260. The form DS-260 is filled out and submitted online only (https://ceac.state.gov/iv/). Instead of submitting a hard copy of the complete form DS-260, the applicant only has to submit a printout of the confirmation page to our office. 2 visa photos with white or off-white background (Front View).

On receiving these items, our office will schedule the applicant(s) for a personal appearnace at our office for a new set of fingerprints and electronic signing of the form DS-260.

Once you have alll the above items prepared, please send the barcodes to our office via email and confirm in the email that you have prepared all the above items also. Our office will then assign a date and time to have you and your family members come to our office for a new set of finger prints .

I called twice first time they said your case is under review and the second time they said your case in AP..

Alhumdulillah by the grace of Almighty Allah my visa issued todayyyyyyy.....yeaaaaaaaaaaaah!!! 11 months completed in AP UFFFFFFFFFFFFFF Allah ka bht bht shukr hayyyyyyyyyy fresh medical and pics were submitted on friday 13 nov 2014 and now on monday 24 nov 2014 MY status is showing ISSUED

Yes. It was updated on Oct 17, 19, 21,22,23 Nov 07. After that no updates. These were automatic without inquiry. I did email this week however I did not receive a reply case still on 11/07. My medical expired in Sept. and DS 260 will expire on the 25th of Nov.

Same like you mine updated but i have 3 extra updates on 14,17,19,21,22,23,and on 27 showed expiring soon than next day on 28 oct again changed to ap and last was 7 nov..

What is your creation date mine is 2 march 2010...

Kaleem you and I seem to be at the same rate with embassy. Both 2012 cases with updates from Oct to Nov 7 but no contact. Inshallah just waiting for that call now.

Kaleem bhai I have called nvc a lot in past but they are not very helpful so I stopped calling them anymore I have many updates in past but still no result

You are right nvc cant give us proper status and i also have many updates from oct 14 to 7 nov almost 10 updates but still embassy either cantacted me....so frustration

A. New phenomenon that , i just called to Amex and lady told me that embassy will send me an email to receive my passport from amex.

Did anyone received such an email and when u receive the mail and date of visa what difference.

Today fingerprint done,

Went embassy at 11:45 interview scheduled at 12:30, wait for almost 2 hours then called and given paper to read loudly and then sign, afterthat CO congratulated that you will receive ur passport in 2 weeks .but still status AP.

But amazing thing, No fingerprint taken although asked to CO but he said no need.

Second dear because today embassy system is down so they didnt get your fingerprint and showing still ap is also the cause of system down inshallah 2maro your status will be showing ISSUED...

Third your case status updated today or not...

after the status changing to issued, after how long should I expect to receive the passport?

Right now i called to nvc and they told me embassy systen is down so we cant give you update at that time..
