They will not accept future income, but they will take into account that you are a student and your assets seem plenty enough with your income.

Yes, if you have a court order for the child support. You will need to include a copy of the court order and bank statements or check stubs to prove you actually receive that amount each month.

Update on my case.....alien registration number changed today also. Seems that otter~ and I are on the same track. Although in 2 different sercvice center (Texas & California)
