I'm June 26 and feeling your pain. I spoke to a guy (didn't catch his name) on Thursday night (our time) and he gave me the 60 days story. I then spoke to supervisor Betsy and told her that I have seen approvals after my date and she insisted that that doesn't happen and they work on first in first out with their mail. She refused to acknowledge that it was happening, when clearly on VJ we can see that it is.

Next week will be our week xx (I have been saying that for the past 14 months, but really! Next week is our week! )

same here seem like they just skip 26 of June, wish we knew some one case number before us that got cc, so we could tell them , so wrong hope we get cc soon

Congratulations, what great news! Do you have a lawyer? I´m trying to figure out if the checklist documents are all in a fast track for review or if it´s just for people who have lawyers.

Have you submitted an expedite request for your pregnancy? I know they usually ask for medical emergencies, but a supervisor told me that it´s up to the individual embassy, so it might be worth a shot.

thanks !! i do have a lawyer but dont seem to make much of a different at this time i just no i probably would not get a checklist and also don't i have to wait till i get cc? and i know it take some time before they go over the expedite so idk if i should ask my lawyer about that

hey my scan date is 26 of June , and still nothing yet and i aslo have a lawyer, some may think that will help , im 6 months pregnant and was hoping that my husband would be here with me

Just got off the phone with NVC. The agent told me everything looks perfect and no additional docs etc are required at the time of the interview. What a relief

I got the same email today, they got my documents on June 23 and I have been calling them several times and they said 30 business day!!!. I was wondering if there is any information or sample letter how to request an expedite on medical reason. Thank you in advance .

Until they are done with petitions to put in slots or slots run out. Most embassies are done in a week if not sooner.

I just got a message asking for evidence from tsc, hmmmmm idk how long thats gonna take now, have anyone had the message before?

Last week I wrote here that I was going to email USCIS about my I-130. I did exactly that and I also called asking for a tier 2 supervisor. An immigration officer called me back yesterday and of course its now approved, but what was interesting was that he was able to tell me that the case had been touched on Friday...coincidence? Perhaps.. but I think not, considering that my email and call also went out on Friday.

My message is to keep hounding USCIS. Someone at least looked at my case as a result of sending that email and calling those people. I got approved with 6 days to spare of the 60 day time frame.

Keep on their butts especially if you are coming close to your 60 days!

How do you get on to a tier 2?

Someone I know got approved yesterday and he is June filer. His case was transferred to California in late December. <--- <-------and that is me waiting as a May filer

Thats carzy im happy for everyone that has got approved but its not fair, pd may/6 transfer to tsc on dec/5 and I still haven't heard anything yet , this hold thing has put my life on hold, :'(

This is what I see going on, person whose pd date is between MAY 01 and 15 got transfer to NSC, from MAY 16 to 31 went to CSC AND TSC, a lot that went to CSC got APPROVED days to weeks after in dec, now TSC started APPROVING theirs on JAN 6........ I'M happy for those that got approved but am also BITTER with USCIS at NBC and NSC because NSC is still doing FEBURARY 2013, REASON most of the Phipps case went to NSC and they put FEB on hold to do them ( the persons from Phipps cases) so NSC is WAY WAY BEHIND,,,,,,,....... am so hungry as my wife is now pregnant and we r far apart its driving me crazy.

Why everytime I try calling tty number to get some information on my case it keeps going voice mail or making a weird sound?

Finally approved! I mailed my petition on May 6th, it was transferred on December 16th to TSC and approved on January 6th. I see a few more people got updates on January 6th so best of luck to EVERYONE!!
