  1. Hi all, so things so far have been relatively fast for us. Myself and Fiance sorted our documents in a timely fashoin and sent them away on the 27th of december 2013. We got a notice that they had been recieved 2 days later and an email with our case number on 2nd Jan 2014. Hard copy of this arrived 7th Jan and we then had the alien registration number changed on the 9th Jan. This seems like everything has been pretty quick but i cannot find any info on average processing times for NOA2.

I tried looking at the history and trends but I dont really understand the graphs. When i go to the uscis site and try the processing times they all just give the generic 6 months wait. Can anyone shed any light on how long it will take to get to NOA2?

  2. Hi everyone, so myself and my fiance have finished filling out the forms and are just about ready to send them out however in the address section for fiance it asks for a post code and in ireland they dont have any. Should this just be left blank? And can someone please tell me what is the actual cost of the i129f, i want to write out the check but I cant find anywhere that says what the actual amount is.

    thanks in advance.

  3. Hi there, this is my first time posting here, just hoping someone can help me out regarding our choice of wedding location and if this will affect Visa.

So myself and my Fiance who is a us citizen are engaged to be married. We have filled out the whole initial application and are about to send it off. I read in supporting documentation that if you intend to leave the us at any time you need to apply for an amnesty. Basically we want to get married in the us virgin Islands after i land on the US mainland.

Does the US Virgin Islands count as us territory and if we get married here will it affect my return to the mainland with my then wife?
