Plus if i have children and spouse  oversease can i include them in the new petetion.?how long this suppose to take and how to do it? Plz help i don want to go on with lies and proofs.this is not my decent self thx .

  2. Good luck to all of you , just write the truth as you lived it day by day , don lie at all coz tiny details you wrote may be asked if you have interview , had about 5 pages just don forget to tell the story as a whole from day one you met how and when , then marriage , life together then why ended in separation and divorce . Imagin you are talking to a close friend or a psychiatrist lol it's relieving in some way . Again good luck and don't you ever worry god is fair . Keep praying and hoping for the best . Its only a matter of time .

  3. Well , my thoughts to you now from being in similar situation year ago , but what really happened that i stopped her from being the man and gave the respect to the woman side of her which she didnt like , just keep copies of everything you sent even if she cancelled later , get divorce and file roc waiver , i have read for ppl here denied citizenship years later and told they got 10 y card by mistake as spouse filed for divorce durin roc jointly . She wont prevent you from getting a permenant green card

  4. Got RFE letter sent from my lawyer yesterday , its kind of funny coz they ask for divorce decree or annulment and more eveidence although this supposed to be all sent by my lawer who got over 3000 $ , they also asking for more documents that shows both of our names and why we don have lease and bills with both names ? What should i send about that she had the house years before i come and refused to put my name on bills and also refused to move away from her mother who is next door , another thing - they didnt ask for - is affidavits from ppl knew us as married i only knew her family and friends and i don think they will give me affidavits and i don want to ask her for anything what should i do ? And how bad getting RFE? Is this a bad thing done by my lawer as she didnt put an intact case with evidence i gave ? Our marriage was about 2 y and few months of were in usa . I work offshore and go home once amonth these days . Plz waiting for your advice

Im so glad that we share the same timeline ,i hope we get update in may , but is it normal that no RFE till now or it is better im confused .good luck for all of us

@diabloz. I read somewhere 6-12 months is the processing time after fingerprinting is done. Good Luck

Diabloz : hang on there you are very close to the end of the Roc journey good luck

  6. My spouse handled it, and he apparently doesn't remember what he sent and just says "whatever they instructed me to send." Now I'm regretting letting him handle it. He thinks it's funny USCIS would think he'd commit fraud to leave Germany behind and come to [crazy country with zero infrastructure and Trump/Fox News]. Sigh.

They seem to want financial records covering the period between our marriage and current day so we're going to send pages of credit card statements (about the only joint financial thing we have since we just don't believe in merging finances), plus all the transactions we logged on a website called splitwise that we've been using soon after he arrived to track shared expenses. We'll also resend copies of the lease, add the 2015 tax returns, etc. and write a five-page explanation as to why we don't have shared savings/checkings accounts or a shared last name, and explain how we do our finances as mature adults. It's a little hilarious that they only provided a tiny envelope to contain all that evidence.

I heared that they care a lot about comingling finances , but you guys look fine with these documents ,may be aby gift or shared property recipt will help too , good luck
