We didn't send any additional evidence with the I-130 forms. We just sent:

1. The required forms and passport sized pics

2. A copy of original marriage certificate (in Urdu),

3. A translated copy of the marriage certificate in English

4. Affidavits of 2 people attesting to having attended our wedding ceremony

Now reading about people sending wedding album pics, Skype/ IM chatlogs, etc. is scaring me. I thought that was only required at the NVC/ interview stage.

Can we/ Should we send the additional evidence now?

Somebody please help. I'm freaking out!

I think that should be good, that is what I sent it. I also sent a few pictures though.

April 5th..got 3 updates..last 1 said at Local Office,but that does not seem to be the case ,from what i have seen on here.Still waiting for the Hard Copy to see where it went and hoping for an approval real soon..any Idea's on how long after the Transfer until Approvals?

A tier 2 can tell you where it went if you really want to know before you get the hard copy. I'm guessing, approval time depends on where it has been transferred.

Well, from my point of view, they won't give you a RFE because its not extra documentation they need, it's one of the needed documents you did not send.

Overall, try calling and emailing USCIS and telling them your situation before its too late, they might still let you send it in with a note or something.

I agree with you they should transfer and speed up the approvals before transferring more!

I wish they would start approving more files instead of just moving EVERYONE.. I don't want it to end up like the NBC ... ( a storage closet)

I have a funny feeling mine will be the last file left at the NBC after everyone gets transferred.... lonely ....... in a box........ in a dark room dusty as hell

i think we should forget about our i 130 approvals ...i am so sick and tired of watching the USCIS"S games daily ..what do you think ? they are just making money and letting us to stuck in waiting boat ..so if you are agree then let me know ?

Wow, much commitment here I see.

It is up to you what you want to do. I would not go through a process like this if I really did not want to bring my loved one here, have come so far...just to give up? Will keep on trying no matter how long it takes.

A lot of action on the March filer thread, it could be said that we'll see things happening before the end of the year!. For some of us at least!

I'm PD April24 so I know I'll be last, but I will be very happy to see this thread littered with joyful posts instead of the miserable vibes of the past 6 months. Stay positive people!

PD is March 04, 2013. I just called USCIS and spoke to tier 2 and they said, "As of today, your file is being transferred to the Nebraska Service Center." The case status online has not changed and it still says Initial reveiw, "your case was received on March 4..............................................."

Were you notified of the transfer before? Is it even helpful to talk to a tier 2?

I am so confused, is there any system of who is being transferred? Some March and April filers are being transferred while others aren't.

Just when it seems that some are getting approved..it slows down
