    Hello there.

    asking to file i864 and i864a

     

    I need to add to my current income, the taxable income + the non taxable VA disability compensation benefit. We r not 100% but 90% disability.

     

    1. Is possible to add that kind of income in part6. item 7 and

    2. in the part of tax returns, do i have to put the year and the taxable income without the non taxable income? how is the proper way. thx you very much.

     

    I m sponsoring my dad IR5 and i m a USC.

    Hi Kadagan. I have the same question. my hubby has some DFAS income and VA 90% income, for more than 10 years now. We are sponsoring my dad but surely we need to put in our AOS the VA disability income. I m worry about it, can you please tell me what you did finally and how can i have a solution for these issue please? Thx you very much. Diana n Mark

    TatieM, i got one of those 652 form but with kwhat they gave me was the explanation why can not be made the decision yet, so read carefully to know what more you need to complete befor they approve you. what told you the officer?

    Ok. Here my story..... I had my interview at sep 18 and the officer give me administrative process bcs.... At the moment i enter to USA POE Miami, the officer change my category from CR1 to IR1 to 10 years.... The officer at that the interview point that i got the IR1 in Error and that i never filed for a i751, so she cant give me approval at my N400.... i applied next day after interview for a I751, and was informed the time for that form was 1 to 1 and 1/2 years.... i was so sad and crazy.... but by my surprise, the same officer that send me to administrative process, expedite my case I751 and i just had another interview today for the i751 form, and other surprise was the same officer.... She approve me both today N400 and I751. now i ll have just to wait for a date for the ceremony....

    Hello Friends, Hope everyone of you are having a nice weekend.... I have a question if someone can help me.... I receive a txt message last Aug 14, telling me that i got my interview date, but now are 5 days and didnt receive mail yet.... i registered at usps but that say not delivery for today.... Do you know how many days come the letter after receiving the txt? Thx a lot for read me n help. :)
