My CEAC status changed on the day of the interview to "Issued".

We got our visa approved last Friday! Hooray!!!

I do have a question though, for those who had their interview earlier, when did you received your visa? I asked the 2go personnel but she can't give me a definite answer.

Yes. You can do your medical a month before your interview.

you can do the medical anytime you want. they say to do it at least a week before, so they have time to get the results to the embassy.

the only concern is that the visa validity is tied to the medical, so if you do it 5 months before the interview, youve only got a month after the interview to get to the states. know what i mean?

so, yeah, go do the medical so you can stop worring about it.

Hi PCOZ! Yes we did call today. The call went through around 11:45 pm. My husband and I are on Skype and his phone is on speaker. The lady he talked to ask us to hold on because someone is accessing our file and lo and behold, she told us that we just got case complete at that moment!

Hi! For those who have documents scanned on the 16th of June, I just wanted to ask if when are you planning to call NVC for an update? We also have our packet scanned on that date and to be honest I think I die a little every time I call NVC and get the 30-business days answer.

I think you should call, they're definitely working on/around June 2nd.

Our IV documents and DS-260 is accepted! Hooray!!!!

Now waiting for the review on our AOS checklist scanned last June 16th and hopefully case complete!

You can call, but your AOS docs were scanned the 16th June according to your timeline so don't expect a CC yet.

I'm sorry, I'rm addicted to calling NVC. Just got done with my second call for today. I didn't catch the name of the lady I talked to and she sounded really tired.

Have a bit of good news though, our AOS checklist response have been received (entered to their system) on the 16th of June.

Now another countdown begins. I'm really hoping that there will be no more checklist for us.

Called NVC today, They still hasn't scanned our AOS checklist response in their system.

Happy to get an email that my AOS checklist has finally been delivered. Hoping they scan it in by the end of the week so I can start my count down. Still odd that the delivery email said my consignment consisted of 5 articles.....Let's hope one of them is my checklist docs!

If I hadn't gotten the checklist, I would be hoping for a case complete this week, but now another month to wait. Not much I can do, but it's funny that tomorrow marks one year since we sent in our I-130 paperwork. I would never have guessed we would still be waiting.

I'm in the same boat. My checklist with marriage and wify's birth certificate got delivered today. Hopefully we'll see CC sooner than 30 days.
