Spremam se za NVC, pa me zanima nesto u vezi ovog rodnog lista.

Bio sam u domovini nedavno, i izvadio sve potrebne dokumente za NVC. Imam rodni list od supruge koji je ''medjunarodni'', ali cujem da ima neka ''long form'' rodni list, pa me zanima jel to ima i kod nas u BiH ?

Kakve papire ? Jel I130 Peticija, ili je vjerenicka K1 ?

Da bi se konkretnije odgovorilo na vas odgovor moramo to znati

Posto kazes da je suprug, predpostavicu da je I130, ja sam cekao punih 7 mjeseci da se odobri peticija. Tako da...vecina ceka 7 ili vise mjeseci samo na odobrenje peticije.

Just one more thing. What is the form that my wife ( beneficiary ) need to send to NVC stating that i can handle all her paperwork, and send it to NVC. I have most of her paperwork already for NVC stage, she will not be sending anything to NVC, she will send it to me and i'll mail it to NVC.

I just got approval, honestly was not even ready for it. I'll read that, so i can be more familiar with the NVC process.

Nothing about the petitioner. The DS-260 is the Immigration Visa application all aout the Beneficiary.

Long form means all details. Many countries have a short BC and long Long has paremts information also.

Well depends what you wnat to know. If its about the packages you sent NVC. About your Visa, Interview scheule you can call DOS But most times its best to call NVC. DOS is more VISA related.

I have a list of all documents that we will need in NVC process but still confused a little bit. Do i need to provide my birth certificate too ? I'm the petitioner. Photographs ? Just my wife or me ?

And most confused one is...Important Notice: All Immigrant Visa applicants must submit a long form original birth certificate. Short form birth certificates will not be accepted.

Is it just my wife ( beneficiary) who has to provide this long form or both of us. I know it says applicants, but just want to make sure what i need. Since it will take 10-15 days for mail to come to USA. It would not be fun forgetting something. Thank you all for your help

WOW guys, i didn't know they work weekends. Didn't even check yesterday, i logged into my account for no reason today really, it's been a habit for past seven months daily lol...i was positively shocked.

They transferred my petition on December 3rd to Cali, and this is SUPER FAST. Thank you all for your help

You just got lucky your application went to the quickest processing center. They are moving through the process faster than any other of the Centers. Check this spreadsheet

Well looks like based on your assumption both of ours will be sent to Nebraska. I was hoping for California since they are processing pretty fast

I received hard copy today, and they transferred my case to California Service Center, 2nd Flr, 24000 Avila Road, Laguna Niguel.

Does anybody know how fast this office is processing cases ? What is your experience with CSC ?

On the second piece of paper they say if you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from the service center withing 60 days, i can call and submit inquiry using e-request.

So, they have two months. I hope they do their job.

Meni je se isto desilo nakon 7 mjeseci...napravila sam infopass appt i otisla u svoj lokalni USCIS ofis..i da fino upitam sta se desava.....tamo su mi rekli da su prebacili 400 peticija sa mojim..i upitala sam gdje su sad sa processing...i rekli su mi na kojem su mjesecu i tako...medjutim dobila sam NOA2 nakon 4 dana...jer su bili blizu mog datuma ionako...preporucila bi ti da odes i da uradis isto...nista ti ne kosta..i moglo bi ti pomoc..ali ako je na lokalnom mjestu...znaj da to je do tog mjesta sad..ne do velikog service center ili NBC...nadam se da ti ovo malo pomaze...

Evo danas sam cuo na ovom forumu od razlicitih ljudi da iako pise da je poslano u ''local office'' to u stvari nije tako, kad dobijem pismeno tu obavijest u njoj ce stajati da sam prebacen u Kaliforniju,Teksas ili Vermont. Tako kazu da je bilo isto kod njih....pa nadam se za koji dan tom pismu pa vidjecemo.

Jutros citam da je peticija poslana u lokali ured USCIS. Nije mi jasno jel ovo dobro ili lose, jer obicno ako ih salju to su neki drugi veci centri koliko sam primjetio. Nisam bas vidio da ih je puno imalo transfere u lokalne urede.

Imali li ko odgovor na ovo, jel sve jos uvijek normala ili postoji neki drugi razlog sto su to dostavili u lokalni ured ?

its a good news that means they forwarded your petition in another service center. it could be TSC,NSC or CSC. wait for the hard copy that they will send you through mail.

It says your local USCIS office, so i guess its in my neck of the woods lol

So far, it seems to be a ####### shoot depending on where you were transferred to just how long it takes. In theory, they should be giving you a decision within 60 days from being transferred. Whether or not this is true for most people remains to be seen.

When they send your hard copy of the transfer notice, it should say where it's been transferred to. If you can't wait to find out, you can call the USCIS tomorrow, and speak to a Tier 2 and ask them where exactly your case it.

There's a spreadsheet around here somewhere, where we're keeping tracks of who is getting transferred where and approval rates.

Thank you Kaylara. I just found out this morning they transferred my case to local USCIS office here. Don't know what that means, and how usual is for these I130 petitions to be transferred to local offices ?

I would guess that local office have less of these petitions then NBC, and they should work on them sooner. But again, it's just sad to be transferred after 7 months, and now if i have to wait few more months on a decision that is gonna really suck....

Znaci poslije 7 mjeseci oni salju moju peticiju u neki drugi ured. Sad pitanje za ove starije, jel se vama ovo desavalo, dali NOA2 dolazi ubrzo, ili sad opet da cekam do Bog zna kada. Kakva su vasa iskustva ?

I just checked my case and.......so transferred after seven months wow. I guess in that notice they send will say where my case was transferred ?

How long does it take for a decision when case is transferred, or are we in another process of waiting forever ?

I want Monday asap. I wanna see aprovals or at least transfers. Let's hope to see couple of approvals tomorrow. Being apart really hard damn it!! They don't know it. Hitting 6 months. I am happy because of approvals. Now I don't like any holidays till my wife gets here hehe seriously

November 24th has been full 7 months, nothing yet, they didn't even touch my case since April 29, 2013. SO MAD.

You are wrong. There is so much more fees other then K1 petition fee. But i don't feel like explaining it now. Look it up. They make more money off of K1, then I130....

It just sucks being powerless, that's it. But all we can do is wait i guess, so....

Yea, it can get depressing... I didnt get to see my husband on our 1yr anniversary, I dont think that it should be this hard for someone to get approved for their loved one to get to them. I mean it's rediculous I need them not to be playing with our emotions like this. I pray for the best for ALL that we get approved and the process hurries!

I spend $17.000 yes seventeen thousand dollars traveling to Bosnia four times in past 15 months, and if i knew how corrupted USCIS was i would just offer them $10.000 to speed up my case. If they found that much money in my case i'm pretty sure they would do it. In money we trust, that's how things work in this country.

They process K1 in less then 6 months, because they make more money on those cases. There is nothing else to it.

Seven months now, and they didn't even touch my case yet. USCIS is corrupted.

On the USCIS website where you check your case status you need to create an account. After creating the account, you need to add your case to your account. Once you have added your case, you can see the last updated date and also choose to receive text and e-mail notifications.

I would be better off if i didn't ask for this

I just checked, and the first and only time they checked my case was on april 29.
