the same thing happened to my husband his medical expires December 12 they asked if he could travel before then...he said yes he can and they issued the visa the next week!!! Best of Luck

they contacted him through email on the 16th...we responded by email asking them to clarify and they did after that visa was issued on the 24th m'A.
