It has been 9 days so I called again. I only got generic response that it is under review...this is a horrible dept. of Homeland Security. My wife is living in the Philippine's and my Government does not reply. I requested expediting on the 11/13/2013 (early morning) and I get today still under review on the evening of 11/21.2013 eve thought I was told I would get response within 5 days.

I am the same as you. I was told a decision would be make on the 19th to expedite, but all I got is that it is under review....no e-mail or text came either

My wife is 32 years younger than me., but passed. In my opinion she did show commitment of really loving you

I have been married sense June 3 to a Filipino. Fortunately my wife is strong and wants to be by my side. It is hard for long distance relationships, especially going through the USCIS process. But we are married and believe in each other. The USCIS is a poor organization who is prioritizing marriage couples. I am even thinking of moving to there to her country. So, my country(USA) will pay me to live some where else. What a joke. It will be so sad to live there and my country will get no benefits ....hehehe

I would bring 3. One to put in safe deposit box, one to keep at home and one to make copies when needed
-
bring another 2,200 pesos, another person got charged that too who was in line with me. Also, about $50 usd traveling money
-
Yes he can. The rev. there offered to marry us immediately if I paid him a bribe of 15.000 pesos but I refused. We went to another city around NR(National region). As you know a lot of politicians are corrupt in the Philippines. When I was there a Aussie man told me it was a "white Skin Tax" hehehe

Your Married ! remember, when he filed with USCIS you had to supply wedding certificate for CR1. Once approved and goes to State Dept.(NVC), they forward all paperwork to Embassy. But, bring copy with you to interview
-
it is a counseling and guidance seminar but need that certificate because at Manila airport they will request it. I think it is Filipino thing just to take more money. I think the cost is $20 or $25 usd
-
Hello, to the two of you and congrats. I am a one time visitor, but saved all my EXSPENSES, YM, USPS RECEITS. My wife created a folder with everything needed for interview.
Did you know she needs to go to seminar, and get certificate on going America and what to expect? I mailed my I-130 and received my I-797 July 16, 2013.
By the way, go to LL Bean web site and look under radios and flashlites. They have solar/hand crank emergency ones, great to send to her for typhons. I sent 4 each for her parents and sisters. Send USPS, insured. UPS and FEDX cost 3 to 4 times their cost. But they have come in very useful twice already

I am thinking our new reforms should not be passed until we get the system fixed
also, I am thinking of moving to filipines(Bohol) so my government pays me to live in another country.....hehe

I got the same message after my 129F (K3) was accepted, so I called uscis customer service. Their reply was: your alien spouse was assigned number but you still have to wait until they get to your petition date is reviewed. Who knows when that will be???

I put mine in July 16, 2013. it says I am at National center but they do not have timeline for CR! nor could customer service tell me it was transferred....this is a joke uscis
