after I sent in AOS they told me nothing. I was approved Feb13th, mailed to manila Feb 19th. I had to call every day. Was told they could not give me DHL tracking....just to wait

my NOA2 was approved Nov22 but they did not mail it until Dec5, NVC posted it Dec 10th

NVC stated mine was approved the 13th and mailed the 19th but would not give me shipping info...she was irritated I called and told me not to call embassy
