Our interview was scheduled the same day the embassy received our medical results, so you could always call the DOS Visa Unit and check. We got our letter roughly two weeks after our medical results were logged.

A big thing i noticed recently in fashion............Adult sized "Onesy's"...I mean #######......an epidemic of adult telly tubbies are emerging..........please go away and don't catch on in the US....and to those lazy individuals that think it is ok to just nip into the garage/grocery store in your PJ's or "Onesey"................STOP IT......!!!
As the USC...don't go in Walmart. Ever. Pretty sure this trend started over here and is just now catching on there, and it's about 100x worse in the south.
Although the Walmart thing is a good piece of advice for quite a few reasons.

Our medical results were logged by the embassy on 6 December and we received our interview letter on 19 December. Interview scheduled 15 January.

When I submitted my petition in September, my fiance's signature's were all from the beginning of July. I just updated all of my forms with new signatures and included a statement on my cover letter that I was aware of the date difference and was happy to resubmit new documents with more recent signatures if required. We were approved with no RFE.
Not sure since you have a greater time difference, but you could always submit them and hope for the best. -
London won't schedule your interview until they've received your medical results, so you should go ahead and have that done. Once you have a date for the medical and have filled out the DS-160, you can submit the readiness form.

Happy Holidays!!
Hi guys hope everyone is doing fine, congratulations on all the progress.
We received our case number and our case is in Transit to the fiancee local embassy.
We are happy about this!
Yay!

If I'm not mistaken I've seen you mention you are the beneficiary? The NOA2 hard copy goes to the petitioner. If they haven't received it yet, I second following up with USCIS. You'll need it later on.

They sent it on Dec 13.

We had our medical on December 2. Sent the readiness form a few days prior. Case was updated on December 6 to show the results were received, but hasn't been updated since, so I called the DoS this morning and our interview is scheduled for January 15. They must have scheduled it the same day they received the results! Hope this helps.

You can call and ask for a Tier 2 immigration officer and then ask them to locate your physical file. If it's still at the service center I would ask them to put in a service request.
After you get notification that your file has been shipped, I would wait 10-ish days to call the NVC. Mine was shipped Nov 6 and I had my case number by Nov 15.
The files always go to the NVC for processing before being forwarded to the consulate.

Post Decision Activity
just checked my case status and thats what i got........
On December 3, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.
For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.
what should i do now ? wait some more ?
I would wait another week and then call the NVC/DOS for your case number.

TSC sent me an email update when they shipped my case to the NVC, the same way I had been receiving all the other USCIS updates. My NOA2 was 10/28 and it shipped 11/06. Sorry yours is still waiting!
-
Is It only the petitioner that can call the NVC for the information or can the beneficiary do it as well?
I'm pretty sure it's only the petitioner.
-
Congratulations, from what country is your beneficiary? You are from TSC right?
Sorry, I thought it was on my profile. I'll add it now. He's from the UK. And yes, I was from TSC.
