I got both packet 3 and packet 4 in the mail. I got packet 3 first then i was asked to sign some forms that came in the package. After you send in those forms they will send your interview date also via mail.

I had my biometric done for almost a month now as well and my status is still on initial review. I've seen other persons saying that their status is at Testing/Interview.

I did my AOS in my married name and there is no problem. Your lawyers doesn't know what they are saying. I did my papers on my own. my thoughts to you is to take your time a do your papers because these lawyers are all about the money.

So I checked my immigration thing today and it says we got a RFE. We submitted so much evidence of our relationship though. I'm not sure what else to send other then phone records and christmas cards. Someone please help?

Don't panic when u get a RFE,I got 1 too and my petition was approved by uscis. When sending evidence such as pictures USCIS requires that u write on the back of each photo where and when the photo was taken. Though they received your photos they want you to give details. The list may also require Affidavits stating ur intntion to get married after entering the US.

I got approved for I129F how long is the wait to have an interview in the philippines. I got approved on Sept. 5, 2013

I am not sure but what did the us embassy ask for after u got approved?
