Did you call them? We did and they said everything is OK i just need to bring the new updated AOS to the interview. And we also got e-mail from NVC with the interview date ! YYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEIIIIIIIIIIIIII
I am stilll a lil bit nervous tho I hope everything will be fine and they wont deley the proccess for something..... Now I expect everything from them haha.....

Well we have a full list of mistakes ... I really hope this will not cause any delays and its just formal cause for one week I was so happy and making tons of plans.... Hubby will call on monday as well to ask what is going on and hopefully this is not bad !

This e-mail i got from NVC and I am kindave pissed because they have the AOS for 3 months now and coudnt even say a word that there is problem... I was so happy and exited to hear that our case was complete last thursday and now this...super cooool !!! Have any of you experienced such a thing????

Well to tell you the truth I am happy cause I can finally see the end of the tunnel after year and half visa journey but at the same time I still feel very angry and pissed off about this proccessss! I really wont be happy till they do something to expeditate this whole procces to be no longer then 6 months! It is just ridiculous to separate people like that and break so much hearts ! It is a human right to be happy and they brake this law!

I wish I could say I would be excited for that i130 to approve, but the wait had really made me disgusted to it all. Relieved? Yes! !! But by NO MEANS is it right to go and DO SOMETHING the RIGHT WAY just to wait and wait and wait until they wear EVERYTHING out of you to that point! When I know that there are far less illegals here tat they do hardly anything about it's NOT RIGHT

Come on TSC pick my file in coming week... Its 70 days since transferred and still initial review....

It's just hard to stay positive now. End of week as well as end of February. I m usually a positive person but this process has created so much negativity and hopelessness inside me I don't even like myself anymore. I thought this is the week for us. Hate uscis.

Just received an update that my alien registration number has beenchachanged. ...I hope approval is coming sooooonn

I don't think you understand what those numbers really mean. They are a very, very small sample of the total number of petitions that were transferred to the service centers for processing. Saying there are only seven left or something doesn't really mean anything. Each service center likely had thousands of petitions from June to process. Looking at the percentage completed MAY give some meaning to their progress, but you are viewing such a small sample that it is likely misleading.

I was going thru our transfer sheet and it seems like TSC is almost done with June with only 7 petetions remaining untouched. So now only if Nebraska finishes up with may quickly we can have a happy forum lol.

I did not realise it was that bad for June, it's just the most unfair, crazy, broken and miss-managed system

Yeah, it is a federal holiday! it seems like everyday is a holiday for NBSC since they don't do jack shi$ anyway even when in office!!!!

Everyone contacting the Service Centers or filing a service request is getting this same response right now. Don't worry, there's nothing wrong with your case, and it's highly unlikely that it will actually take 6 months from now for them to approve your petition. It's just the latest in a series of their standard replies because they can't be bothered to help anyone individually anymore.

50 days since transfer and no sounds of approval. June filers have not been even touched yet. God I need antidepressants now.

U r absolutely right. I even tried not to follow it but then again in 2 days I opened it again and checked. But this is what's need to be done now. I m gonna have major depression otherwise. I just pray that June filers start hearing something soon, very soon!

Our case was transferred to Texas on 12/27. PD is 6/27.
Sooo happy soooo excited!! Texas is doing great!
