It will not be an issue. When my now wife was going thru the K1 process she was close to 30 weeks and same didn't have any documentations on her vaccinations. I forget what shot is a series of shots but we had no issue at all her getting her visa and was able to get the second shot here in the states when we did her AOS.

You have been given some good advise and some not so good. As it has been stated. Go to his Commanding Officer or his Staff NCO. They will provide you with all the information that you need. I'm sure that the base he is station at has a medical clinic and they are able to do the DNA testing if he denies that the baby is his. As far as him only giving you a verbal agreement that he will pay you child support cause if he signs something he will lose his job is not true whether he is married or not. If he is married the Marine Corp will not kick you of for cheating on your wife...The reason I know this is I was in the Marines and got out as a Staff NCO and dealt with issues like this while I was in.

I had a similar issue last year with my step son. We just filed our taxes (me and my wife) and once they received their green cards filed a 1040x to admen our taxes and added our son.

How long have you been married? What visa did you come to the US on? These are all questions you need to answer if you want people to help you
Back to the question above. How long have you been married? Did you get your 10 year greencard once you got to America or was you issued a 2 year first????

Ya'll are fine. My wife was the same with our son. As long as you have Single Status certificate you good. Since she does have a child you will need a statement from the father whether he comes to the embassy or go to the local Amphur giving you consent for the child to come to the US. This is a most. As everyone stated the POE doesn't matter. When my wife came we landed in LA and drove back home to Vegas and had no issues. Congrats

You can get the medical prior to receiving the official packet, you just have to push. We had the same issue with the ladies there in Bangkok in that they said they would not do it until we had packet 3. My wife showed up with the NOA2 and pushed and got it taken care of. It was a good thing she did as we never received an official packet 3.
Same here...My wife did the same and had no issues. Just showed the NOA2

When you apply for a loan you have to be the primary applicant and have her added as a secondary on the loan. This is what I had to do for my wife and when you add her to your bank and credit card she will piggy back off your credit score. As far as adding her to your mortgage I had no problems with this and didn't have to refi or anything that changed the payment.

Congrats!!!!! I completely agreed with you about being yourself. Me and my wife has our GC interview today and was only asked how we met. Other than that we went over our paperwork, the yes / no questions, and making sure everything was correct.

AaronLV - the day rooms are nice and pretty reasonable there in Seoul. I've stayed in them a few times are my trip over and back to Vegas.

You can send an email asking for standby if they have an opening if someone cancels. That's what me and my wife did and where able to get in on an earlier appointment.

If you vaccination was marked complete than you don't need to see a civil surgeon. If it is marked incomplete that you will need to see a CS to complete an I693

The answer is depends on the carrier. My wife had a prepaid dtac sim with her iPhone and it worked in Japan and in LA when we landed sms only. They have an agreement with AT&T however the rates are very expensive. Yes she will be able to connect to wifi and use line to call you but when she is clearing customs and immigrations she will not be able to turn her phone on until she leaves the immigrations area. Like Ning said "there is only one way out. That's up the ramp that leads to the doors that allow people outside. If you are at the top of that ramp she cant miss you." Congrats!!!!!

All airlines have different policies. Your best bet would be calling the airline. When my wife came over she was 38 weeks and Japan Airlines policy was as long as she had a medical certificate signed by her doctor with in 72 hours of departure and was under 39 weeks.

Where do you see to send six (6) passport photo's for AOS? The I-485 is the only one (1) form that asks for two (2) passport style photo's. The instructions for the I-131 and the I-765 does not ask for any passport photo's
Sorry I stand corrected. Thanks for pointing out

I live in Vegas and had no problem getting my wife a State ID with just her passport that shows she is her legally and has a 90 stamp along with her Social Security Card, and our marriage license. The state ID will only be good for the 90 days from the time she entered the U.S. though. We are getting ready to file her AOS paperwork and hopefully with the NOA they will be able to issue her another state ID until she changes her driving licenses over

Ours took 3 business day after the interview. She had passport in hand. K1 and K2

If you are talking about her passport here is a thread about the post office

The interview went good. Visa's issued and her and her son are now here in the US

Yes the doctor will fill them out. I filled them out and email to my fiance to take with her to the medical and she said that the hospital didn't use them but instead had the forms and that they filled them out there. I would have your fiance take the blank medical forms with her when she does her medical
