If my husband treated me that way i would not desire to stay in USA i would more than be happy to return home to my loved ones. Considering i had given up my all or not back in my own country i would still want to be back in it and not in USA where i know no one , have no family, no finances.

If i was her i would go home . But that is my opinion anyway .

Justoleme, i would like to know how long it takes for your passport to arrive back with you and if yo arranged for pickup at the depot or paid for the home delivery ? i have done the home delivery and would like to try book my flight ASAP.

After my interview the lady gave me a pink slip , i was told to fill it in and go around to the back of the building and up some steps , a lady was sitting at a desk , i gave her my pink slip and paid £8.85, that is for home delivery as far as i am aware between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

I am due to fly on 27th, hope it is back with me or then. will keep you updated when i get it back .

Interview on 15th , CEAC says ISSUED on 16th ( jan) .

Does this mean they have issued it and sent it.. when i go onto dx website it doesnt recognise my tracking number or postcode

I had my interview on Wednesday this week ( 2 days ago ) CEAC says Issued, but no visa as yet.

I am hoping mine comes this week as i have my flight booked for 27th .

So does Issued mean they have done it and sent it ??

Congrats my friend!!! the wait was horrible but the end is sweet my hubby interview is next thursday and i'm claiming visa from now so i'll keep you informed. I'm sooooo happy for you God is to be praised.

My Visa was Issued on ceac site today after having my Interview yesterday. I have updated my timeline for anyone to read on my Interview experience .

Congrats!! you say in your review you were asked for copies of your husbands 2012 tax forms, did you supply these to the NVC too with your I-864 ?? or were these missing which is why they wanted them ?

I was asked because when our attorney sent our file to NVC my husband had applied for an extension on his 2012, but by time i went to my interview he had filed his 2012 Tax return,so i was asked for his 2012 tax return that he had since then filed as for the I-864 that was filed at NVC.

If i can help with anything else fcat don't hesitate to ask.

I advise you to be at the Embassy for 7am, first in first out was the case with me , and like i said only took less than an hour once in the building .

When i got home yesterday i checked on CEAC website and it said in Administrive Processing , but this morning it changed to Issued , so dont panic when you see that on yours too

Have my medical in London on Monday, interview at the embassy on the 27th Jan, flying out to US around 10th Feb all been well, my POE being Washington DC. Just arrived back into Manchester from there at 5am this morning after 9 weeks with my wife and family over Christmas and New Years.The next flight over is going to be the last one for a long time:) Over the last 4 years of our relationship I've flown over and back 23 times! We started this journey on the 15th Jan 2013 and will end it hopefully a year and a few days later:)

I went in the Embassy ( 1st in ) at 8am and i was out for 8.45 am. Prayers last night was for me to be out for 9 am. Praise God i was.

Our case was at NVC from july and we got CC on 12th of November, for those of you still waiting for CC have FAITH in God and pray . God bless you all. Ty to Apple21 and all others who was there for me those days when i received those aweful checklists .

if only it were that simple...

We have done so many service requests, infopasses, Congressman intervention, etc etc.. and nothing works. Still waiting for NOA2. Every time I read these crazy posts on here of cases where it took years just to get the NOA2.. I have this horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach because I feel that's going to be us. It's almost a year now for pete's sake.

The only advice i can give you is to just keep on calling uscis every 2 days that is what me husband did. Good luck and prayer for us is the key.

NVC completion email received 27-November. Interview Letter (P4) today, 2-December. Interview date 6-January-2014 in Rio de Janeiro.

Interestingly... 4 days short of one year to the date when I sent the initial I-130.

I had my immigration visa interview today morning @mumbai consulate and they have approved my visa. Very happy today and wish that others will get their visa very soon.

That fee is for K1 (fiancee) visa applicants.

oh boy i screwed up !!!

what do we have to actually do now then, because we have to fill in where we want our passports sent back to , so how do i go about hat = ie courier service.

Hey guys what is this MRV fee that is to be paid ?, is it something our attorney pays or do we have to pay that>???

Received my I/L via Email today , cut a long story short i followed links to the site where you pay MRV fees,

Firtsly let me say we have an attorney - do they pay this for us or do i have to pay it before attending the interview ???

Also i didnt see an option for IMMGRANT VISA only k visas, so i just clicked on that.

I filled in my appointment date and time, then i got to where you pay this MRV fee and i want ot be sure if it is me who pays or our attorney. Always a Friday i get mail from NVC !!!.

Would i have to somehow delete that i clicked on noneimmigrant and change to IMMIGRANT if so how do i do that please?

Oh this part is no easier than the attorney we hired.
