The AOS costs $88 (per case) and the IV is $230 (per person). They have to be paid with a US banking account on the payment portal (site linked in first post). Question: 1. As i know only petitioner or Agent (appointed with DS-261) can pay AOS and IV bills right ? Is anybody who can pay more ?

2. Here is said bill must be paid with a US banking account, so it means petitioner must have US located bank's account (debit/credit card )? If it is such and petitioner doesn't have USA located Bank account what can we do ?

I hope we will get approved soon it is enough waiting for USCIS already it is time for NVC processing and collections necessary papers! I wish we will see something news soon, i am personally In Nebraska and they are in July (50 % approvals) as i saw in August Uscis gave to Nebraska super little cases or not even and they will skip on August.

My wife came in Europe, Georgia, Tbilisi in April 13 of 2013 and after 3 month we got married, since her arrival we live together. Despite of short period must she (My petitioner) prove US domicile? (I have heard at another forums that if it is 1-2 year you don't need to prove domicile, but i am expecting confirmation form you anyways) Thanks

Guys! At time of providing proof of US domicile by petitioner with the AOS package, in post N1,N2 it is recommended to write letter. Provided example of letter contains NAME, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, FORM I-1864 and No. 15 country of domicile. Is the joint sponsor providing an I-864 ot I-864a. If they are combining income with the petitioner using an I-864a (not recommended) you must use some method to show they are in the same house and they are related.

If the joint sponsor is providing an I-864 then you do not need to do this as a joint sponsor does not need to be a family member.

1. My wife is living with me outside USA and haven't worked ever so she doesn't have any tax record. Must i mention in AOS cover paper ? i don't want they to think we missed it so how is right on this case?

2. My wife and i will immigrate at home where my Father-in-law and Brother-in-law live, at the same time my Father-in-law is going to be joint sponsor. Because we will live with family member who will be also joint sponsor do we need to make him to fill I-864a (yes, just i want confirmation).

3. Must we send original birth certificate of my wife (petitioner and primary sponsor) as evidence of family relationship? Like that joint sponsor and petitioner (primer sponsor) are relatives.

4. Must we use original IRS tax statements for sending NVC ?

1. Will in be better if we will send proof or ongoing relationship (pictures, messages, emails, so on)

2. I need to submit original beneficiary (my) Certificates: Birth, police, military, marriage if all are in my native language which is not English can i translate myself to English ? So i will send original certificates with translation papers with them.

Hello guys, i am Jaba from Europe Georgia, Tbilisi. My wife is Vivian from TX, USA. Obviously i am beneficial, we are PD 21 October 2013 filers. Based on statistics provided by spreadsheets we will get our approval (NOA2) at the end of the current month or at the beginning of the April.

Why i got here ?

Because of approval is soon and i am not ready for NVC procedures i decided to start researching information and making papers ready to meet NVC procedures and not lose time after. i am sure all of you did on your certain time. BC of you already are on NVC procedures i believed you would know everything much more than people from October filers who are waiting approvals by USCIS like me.

Huge thanks to Saylin who does a lot for all of us and without her VJ would be less effective and clear.

I read almost all link provided at the beginning of the forum and a lot information caused confusion in my brain So i am here with hope you guys will help me for my NVC procedures, bc of i am from Georgia i think Georgian beneficial can provide more accurate information for me. All respond is appreciated !

What i know well it is:

1. When NVC will receive my case after 1 week i need to call and provide My wife's (petitioners) and mine (beneficiary's) Email dresses to them. Also ask for NVC case # and IIN (invoice identification number).

2. When i have Case # and IIN i can enter in system and make DS-261 (choice of agent in my case agent will be my mother-in-law who has US mail address and i will get fast mails without losing mails and delays as i experienced with NOA1 hard copy).

3. DS-261 is already submitted electronically i must check if bills are made if yes pay both or separately depending how fast they will appear.

4. i got bar code cover sheets so now i need to start work which i don't know certainly (Making AOS and IV packages and express mail).

Guys please confirm if way i see process till 4 is right and help me to figure out about below issues.

Please guys someone give me actual check list of AOS package which you guys sent and works i am worried about not send package with missed papers or not proper bc all my knowledge is based on much forums and less official instructions which i barely collected and still confuses me. (for i-864 purposes i want you to know that my wife lives with me in Georgia since April 2013 and therefore we need joint sponsor who is going to be my father-in-law, so i want guys you to put joint sponsor requirements at checklist too. and also i am not sure which form my father-in-law must fill, i-864 or i-864a, my wife and i are going to live with my brother-in-laws and father-in-law after arriving in USA)

Also please give me IV Package checklist. I want to make ds-230 not electronic one (ds-260)

Hello guys, because of we are near to approvals and NVC processing i decided to start practicing and getting ready for further procedures which is much more difficult than it was i-130 packet. So i have some questions and i want to get confirmations if i am doing ok and not missing papers. If someone knows well about NVC procedures and can answer my quick questions please notice me, i am appreciating all respond and VJ is just awesome. I recommend you to call at given number and clarify with them for avoiding any problems.

I am congratulating all new transfers. I am happy see much transfers from Friday and today after several hours USCIS offices will open and we will have much 8 March transfers as well.

It is good news that September filers till 5 are approved and getting closer to October.

I changed mailing address from international to USA (My wife's American address ) bc of delay / Undelivered mail with unknown reasons, so several days ago i received hard copy of NOA1 and i found out that my priority date is at 21 October.

As all of us know after October 21 of 2013 all filers are transferred straightly in service centers, for my case i got routed in NSC and PD is 21 October. To say honestly i think you are lucky filers before 21 bc you are getting transfers and it is kinds of indicator how fast case will be approved.

So i am wondering what kinds of politic USCIS will have for people like me who got transferred initially, like will we be in line for getting NOA2 after 1 - 20 filers or bc we already passed transfer way we will be privileged?

Thanks guys, We changed address to USA one and we already received NOA1 hard copy so next updates will be delivered without delays.

I got this time line from one guy who made such:

12/07/2013: NoA2 hard copy received

12/13/2013: Shipped to DoS

NVC

01/06/2014: NVC received

01/08/2014: NVC received (inside building)

02/10/2014: Case#/IIN assigned

02/12/2014: DS-261 available and submitted

02/13/2014: AoS fee available and paid

02/14/2014: AoS fee payment cleared bank

02/17/2014: AoS package sent (from abroad)

02/18/2014: AoS fee shows Paid

02/20/2014: AoS package delivered

So as i guessed, and please if someone knows well confirm me, there is two separate transfer as guy made timeline too. One is service centre transfer and another is local office transfer. Bc on my case service centre transfer was done directly at October already left local office transfer notice which itself is sign that case soon will be approved or RFE.

But notices are definitly different, one tells you in which service centre you are sent and another tells you that your case is sent to local USCIS office. So bc of i have notice i am sent to Nebraska must i wait another notice about local USCIS office? Just it is confusing both are transfers and as i read when you are getting notice about USCIS local Office it means you are near to USCIS officers desk. Thanks urbangirluk

At October i received from USCIS:

Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS Nebraska Service Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number **************. With the official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) you may visit www.uscis.gov where you can check the status of your case using My Case Status. We suggest you wait until you have received your Form I-797 before checking My Case Status.

I am considering for transfer below mentioned notice: (I haven't received i was expecting to get such kinds of)

On Certain Month **, *****, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. Question: Because of i am filer after October 21 doesn it mean i wont get such transfer notice which tells me that i am sent to my local USCIS office ? Guys are you waiting such notice or notice which i received at October about transfer to Certain service centre.
